Clean and comfortable and nice friendly staff

would have liked a comfortable chair to sit in

The staff were really friendly and helpful. They upgraded us to a deluxe room and they accommodated our trailer. We were really happy after having a very long trip and it had started raining toward the end of the day.

easy to find after driving a truck all day long

Plenty of parking, and no stairs.

Quite hard to turn out of safely onto the road.

Very clean and has everything I needed.

Unfortunately the pool was closed.For a motel it was a bit expensive.

The owners are hard working, very pleasant, and doing most of the work themselves. The room was very clean, has lovely artwork above the bed.

well equipped room, clean and comfortable. Free parking space directly outside the room. Located within walking distance the shops. Though on a main road, room was quiet. Simple things like seating and ashtray outside room provided convenience.

Everything was satisfactory and no complaints.

Beds were very comfortable, nice and quiet unit.

Bathroom is a bit dated, pool was clean but all a bit old and worn out.

Slightly dated but value for money

We arrived late after cyclone delays to our flight into CoffsHarbour but our check-in went well.Location was great, Had dinner at RSL.

No problems at all.

Excellent greeting, orientation and room was spotlessly clean. Fridge,kettle crockery,cutlery.Comfy bed . Remarkably no traffic noise through the night although near the highway.

Assistance from Motel due to floods delaying our arrival and friendly greeting every morning asking if we needed anything

The rooms were nice, the bed was very comfortable and the management was very helpful and friendly ?? the gardens were very nice. It was beautiful to see such wonderful views of the region.

Unfortunately, due to the cyclonic weather a little further up north, we experienced a couple of days of rain ? but we didn't mind it.

Winston was quite kind to accommodate our late check in, and the room was clean and comfortable. The room is also very well equipped.

Things are starting to look a little tired and worn, but still good value for money.

The motel is quiet, a bit off the main road. Check-in was straightforward. The room was clean. The motel is a good stopover for a nights sleep.

I liked that the owner was nice.

I didn't like how my toilet kept running that's all I heard all night. Also the next room from us the toilet must have been broken as it flushed every 3 minutes all night.I also could smell marijuana coming from the room next door.
