Nice location well off the road to avoid traffic noise. Lovely location beside river. Parking in front of room. Clean.

A smell of cheap carpet cleaner hit me when I walked in. Had to open windows and leave front door open for a while! Old and worn facilities. I went to use the kettle and opened the lid and there was mud and water in the bottom of it! Luckily a microwave so I could heat up water for coffee in that! Always open the lid of motel and hotel kettles!

the proprietors were very understanding about chaning my booking arrival date & time & left the key for easy access.the bed was very comfortable with fresh crisp linen. the bathroom was very well stocked, clean and easy to use.

nearby there were some guests who were talking loudly enough to disturb my trying to sleep - not shouting, but easily heard as background noise, at 4am.couldn't see any air conditioning, which may be a problem on a humid night.

Check in and check out was quick.

The room has a strong odor of bathroom smell. Ants and flying insects were around the toilet stall and shower area. Value to quality ratio is low since we paid over $200 for an overnight stay. There's also mold spots on the fitted sheet.

I enjoyed the room with the balcony attached.

The mirror and microwave were not wiped properly.

A great place to stay whilst visiting wine country. Basic clean and comfortable accommodation. Good team in the hotel.

Stayed on SAunday evening and there was a limite range of eating options. Not the Motor Inns fault at all but worth bearing in mind when travelling.

Quiet little spot by the river. Rooms appeared to be clean and all amenities worked well.

Property is a bit dated and could use a spruce, new bedding, carpets etc. we were pretty desperate to wash some clothes, but laundry facilities were broken. Nothing that we couldn’t work around.

Basic older motel, as clean as it could be, very small bathroom, bed was quite comfortable, the area was very quiet, plenty of parking & you could park a large vehicle or trailer there, pool was clean

Better window coverings are needed, rooms are in need of renovation

Thought was overpriced for the standard of room, but it was a last minute booking and I needed the room.

Close to town, large family room, large bathroom. Multiple beds. Very clean.

The location is good very accessible going to malls and groceries but poor wifi connection.

Bathroom, living room not really clean. Gave us a COT with stains on sheets. Really dissapointed. TV old and slow, Internet not functional. Overpriced by far...

Lovely Old Fashion Motel right on the Macleay River. Clean, quite and good parking.

Good space and location

Beds weren’t super comfortable but manageable for a few nights

Liked to be greeted. Nice looking place. Arrived late so had to get takeaway food. Kebabs not recommended. There is a nice bbq area near the river.

The rooms were very old but clean and comfortable. We paid way over what it was really worth but it is holiday season

Position near the River and it was quiet. We liked the old house and grounds we were very happy to be able to get accomodation as we hadn’t prebooked. We therefore had to pay more for a family room.
