Friendly staff, good food

Windows weren’t able to to be opened

Dinner in the restaurant was good. The food was well cooked and fresh.

We had to carry our bags upstairs as there was no lift. As we are seniors this was not easy. When we arrived there was no blanket or duvet on the bed. A duvet arrived after quite a few hours when a staff member had to go out to buy one.We were not aware that we would have to share a toilet and shower with other people staying in this place. The facilities were very old and unattractive. This made it very uncomfortable when having to visit the toilet during the night, walking down a long corridor to the toilet. It was hard to sleep as others were also visiting the toilet so the floor boards creaked, doors were banged and toilets were flushed. The male toilet area was directly outside our window.

Become more run down since last stay. No bowls, cups etc in kitchen. TV didn't work.

Accommodation is upstairs. Very small room and bunk not comfortable.

Decent value, but not what we expected.

Room didn’t look anything like the pictures, not very clean, only one single toilet for ladies in the accomodation.

It's a hidden gem with friendly staff and comfortable bedding and facilities. Free tea and coffee with fridge in the common room was a bonus. The other visitors were chatty and made the stay enjoyable sharing stories. We were there for an event at Kootingal and we'll definitely be back. Thank you for making our stay memorable.

The bathroom could use an upgrade.

There is nothing you will like about property.Smelly rooms.Loud till late night you cannot sleep!!Bathrooms are shared and dirty!!!No privacy at room!!! People can peep from the glass window!!!Lastly, worst thing to stay there!!’Attached photo was clicked at 3.00am

The shared toilet did not lock, the shared bathroom door was open to the hallway, anyone could walk in.

Stayed for a 30th Birthday, easy check in process, simple accommodation that was convenient for after party was over.air conditioner worked well
