Kootingal Landview Motel

Convenient location for my purpose. Easy to find. Useful facilities in room. Quiet despite location near highway

Rooms are a bit dated and need a freshen up

As marked above. Friendly Reception. Great Facilities. Very clean.

Great spot just off the highway. Close to the town centre of Kootingal.Love that the main entry door had a screen door to let fresh air into the room

For a small country town the Motel was lovely and very clean and reasonably priced, would definitely recommend.

An incredible little gem. One of the best single night stop overs I've stayed in and we travel a lot. Reception was accommodating for my late check in, it was smooth and trouble free. The room was very clean and the bed was very good. A great stay for very little money.

for a 1 night stop over, it was perfect for me. No complaints at all.

Very average

Site has deteriorated since previous owners- office only staffed 2-6pm and by a child, no adult present

Very clean & updated. Good sized fridge with separate freezer.

A little noisy at times from passing traffic and adjoining rooms. No additional pillows in cupboard but I’m sure if I asked they would have been acquired.

The room was very comfortable and had everything you needed in it.Very clean and quiet.Short drive to Tamworth

I really liked the facilities - electric jug, toaster, microwave, frig, crockery and cutlery, plus tea, coffee, and biscuits.

Very clean, large Queen room with a dining table and chairs, comfortable bed and mattress with good shower and hot water. Staff were fantastic, great communication and very friendly. They left key for me and turned on heat air conditioning so room was warm when I arrived after hours.

Was not impressed with the owner when I called her

I was checked in by a 10 year boy who clearly was too young to know exactly what to do I tried to explain to him that I booked 3 rooms and he was saying no I didn’t

Warm and welcoming. Accommodating to check in late. The young boy who checked us in was very polite.

Room was spacious enough, had a larger freezer for ice bricks and travelling with esky and perishables. Nice and warm and did have a large screen TV (not that important to me). Hot showers. All amenities as expected.

old and tired bathroom, leaking tap, sticking sliding door and hairs or eyelashes sited. Found a sock (not mine) under single bed. (only found as sited from chair so investigated).

Super clean and new paint / furniture. It had all that we needed including toaster, cutlery, crockery, fridge for a small amount of breakfast supplies. Amazing hot water pressure

Very clean and private, beautiful views.

This is a great clean motel , new rooms , it's a real 9.0 It's just 10km out of tamworth . Definitely recommend

Great stopover for a night at reasonable cost.

Checking slow

Spacious, clean, comfortable room. Lovely bathroom, comfortable bed. Well fitted out. Great air-conditioner. Just off the highway but very quiet. Great meals at the nearby hotel.

A few minor renovation tasks still to be done (eg painting parts of cornice), but nothing awful and certainly didn’t impact us.

The room was a good size. The TV was a great size. The parking was excellent.

The bathroom could do with an upgrade.

clean and equipped with everything we needed. sparkling bathroom. excellent aircon. will stay here again next year
