Large two bed apartment with great living space. Everything provided to make your short stay easy from tea towels to laundry powder. Lovely and quiet with well kept gardens and pool. Wonderful location to relax!

Floor wasn’t the cleanest when we arrived.

We booked an overnight stay to break up our drive from Queensland to Sydney. We arrived after office hours, and the process for getting our keys and getting into our room was well-explained and easy. The apartment was LOVELY!!! Clean, modern, everything we needed for our comfort - we loved it! It was our first time in Urunga, and the views in the morning were beautiful! If we'd known Urunga is so picturesque, we would have stayed there and not bothered with Queensland! We will be back!

Convinient location between Melbourne & Sydney

During our stay, we had an issue with the main bedroom ceiling fan. It was stuck on full speed and could not be turned off, which meant we were unable to sleep in the main bedroom. As a result, my wife slept on the single bed with one of the children, and I slept on the two-seater sofa.When I raised this concern, I requested a partial refund to reflect the loss of use of the main bedroom. I was then accused of being rude to staff, which is completely false. I calmly explained the issue and showed the receptionist the video. I was professional at all times.I was also advised that I’ve been blacklisted from future bookings, which I consider unreasonable given I was simply reporting a genuine fault and seeking a fair outcome but I am happy to bypass your resort in the future.This isn’t about “money” it’s about principle and fairness. When a paid room cannot be properly used due to a fault, it’s reasonable to expect compensation. “A reasonable approach instead of blacklisting someone for speaking out would have resolved this issue quickly and amicably.”

Lovely place, super comfortable, huge apartment and very clean. The Kids loved the pool. Would love to stay again if we get the chance.

The resort is a beautiful place. Great spot, facilities etc

We had 6 people staying and the sofa bed wasn't made. We had to search the unit for the sheets etc just to make it.

Spacious, nicely decorated, close to shops and lovely walk down pier.

Beautiful and clean large apartment that is very well kitted out. Lovely grounds and great swimming pool. In fact nothing to fault but see below the one thing that let it down.

All the signs, rules and regulations! Made us feel like they thought we were not to be trusted at all!! Such a shame.

I had a wonderful time, enjoyed the location, both within the resort but also the beach and town.

The only complaint I had was the boys that took over the pool each afternoon, they were loud and disruptive and left rubbish after they left the pool. This prevented people staying at the resort being able to enjoy the pool or to sit outside their rooms. Such a shame. I personally wouldn't have a problem if they came in and left after a reasonable period but they threw furniture into the pool and their behaviour prohibited others enjoying the pool.

Comfortable apartment in a beautiful little town. Nice outlook from the large deck. Friendly helpful staff in the office.

Apartment old and a little tired though pleasant enough.

Its balcony was very pleasant. Bed was super comfortable.

In my case , I have mobility issue. So the stairs were hard. Lucky I had people that carried my luggage upstairs. Wine glasses were not clean. I’ve washed all things we used. Also my pin did not work for the safe with key to our unit. It was different to the one provided. I had to ring and received another. But call was answered without wait and all was fine than. Pleasant stay over all .

Spacious and clean pool. Close to river, scenic and quiet.

We were offered the disabled unit. Shower and toilet only separated by a flimsy curtain. This meant we needed to wipe the floor every time anyone showered. Really messy and uncomfortable.

Very well appointed property, unit was nice and shady in the foliage. We were able to enjoy eating outside.
