Staff were very accomodating and went above expectation of a motel. Home cooked meals, good stories and overall great experience. Rooms were clean, updated and perfect for our stay. I would recommend it to anyone road tripping through that area.

Staff didn’t know we booked.Swimming pool is deactivated. Even we didn’t intend to use, is fair to let people know it.

Free wifi was not working in hotel room, had to sit outside to use it. Is a remote location so understandable that the mobile service wasn't great.

Free WiFi was a must as Telstra had no reception. Bed was comfortable

Roof leak. Microwave smelt like it was burning. Toaster didn't want to work. Pictured pool was still empty and run down. Aircon filters were blocked and needed to be cleaned myself for it to work.

The room we were initially in ( room 5 ) had blocked toilet..The operator was very kind & generous, and provided to move to room 10.Room 10 was virtually identical in size /layout as room 5.Minor issue with fluoro light above sink , took a long time to switch on.This is a simple fix, just needs a new "fluoro starter".Following a.m. before checking out , another minor issue, a faulty toaster.Toaster worked , but push down lever didn't stay down, it had to be pushed down & hold down manually during the whole time to toast slice of bread.Another easy fix, repair toaster or replace it.The other issue which was of concern for me and my wife, is that we couldn't take a shower in the morning, as the hot water tap didn't work, only the cold water tap worked, so we missed out on having a shower.

No reception staff, room cold, heater not working, carpet full of bindys (as was the whole yard), floor dirty, dirty cup in microwave. Generally run down and untidy.

Do not stay here!!!

The grounds were a ness. The room had not been vacuumed. Thry have a bug problem but i had dead bugs around the edge. The shower was a dribble. Water from sink was brown. I went to see the manager and he could not speak English... had to translate via phone to understand what I was saying. For the money I paid I expected better.I ended up leaving.t. Am yet to hear from the owner.

What breakfast? There was no-one there! I was the only person stupid enough to book this dump that night. I didn't like anything except how the highway bypass has taken the trucks a long way away from the town so it was quiet.

Unkept & unkempt. Building materials left around, weeds & huge sharp prickles my dog stood on, unmanned office so i called the number & no-one answered then the message said i couldn't leave a message! Great! Middle of f^<×ing nowhere & i can't get into my combination locked room.2nd attempt to call & i got someone & i thought i had dialled a wrong number. They didn't even know what motel i was at! How many of these shit-holes are they managing remotely? Room stank of sewerage & toilet looked like it was the problem. Grong grong is dying & this motel is part of the problem. Will never go there again.

The bed was ok.

Kitchen supply was not to date, no coffee cups, 1 fork, 2 knives, 2 dessert spoons, no teaspoons., no milk in fridge, a frozen meal left in freezer. Spider webs in room and spiders. Pillows hard as rocks. Had to use no pillow as that was more comfortable. Grounds were not maintained. Pool was green and disgusting.

Stank like septic the whole time and they didn’t have my 2nd room I booked, but they did refund me and added an extra bed for the 2nd person

It's was available, cheap, and close to where we needed to be. The facilities were functional and basics met. I had booked a family room using Booking.com. however, when we arrived, we were given 2 separate neighbouring rooms, as the one we booked wasn't available (turns out it doesn't really exist), having 2 teenagers we were happy to take the option offered. Although, my sister had booked a family room too and was presented the same option upon arrival and was very dissatisfied as she has much younger children-she complained and the next day the family room was made available for her. Upon investigation, we found the motel only has one family room available, yet advertises more. I had stayed here with my dad decades ago, and it was nostalgic to return but sad to see how time had taken its toll. Was once a very functional, well maintained, neat, cosy, clean, and pleasant place to stay.

It stinks. There must be an issue with sewerage because the room would smell bad after being left locked for the day, but once aired out, it was OK. This is difficult to avoid, given the remote location. However, nothing some regular maintenance, deodorising, and complimentary sprays wouldn't help. Front reception is unmanned. The couple times I went to reception for towels or to report issues, no one was around. I called the number provided, but the voicemail was full. Generally dilapidated and neglected. The whole place is in need of an overhaul. The towels are old and mismatching, one room had bowls and the other only plates, cutlery mismatching, tea towels in one room but not the other. Spare blankets in one room, not the other, etc. We had to clean and wipe down outside tables before use.Upon inspection, underneath the sink was leaking due to pipes simply being left undone (we fixed this ourselves). Pillows are old and either solid or flat. No security/screen doors. Fly spray is provided in one room but not the other. Smoke detectors are missing or placed in draws. Nowhere to leave keys when we left, we locked them in our rooms when we, again, could get hold of reception. Simply put, there is a lack of any kind of care or attention. As you can see in pics. No consistency between rooms and staff were unavailable.

It's run down, had to ask for some coffee cups, the sink in kitchenette is also a basin for the bathroom which isn't ideal. There are no staff around and we could hear everything going on around outside. The TV only had 2 channels working and the outside area and garden was very untidy. Sorry I know your in a small town but ..
