Alfa motel

Absolutely nothing

Putrid linen. Towels were supposed to be white. Far from it. Filthy grey/ brown. Floor covered in dirt and grit. Bathroom disgusting and the bed was atrocious. I have paid less in Gilgandra previously $130 per night was an insult. Do not ever stay there

Ova night stop on a road trip. This was an ideal ova night motel arrive late leave early very effective heater. By chance a vintage motor event in town interesting old cars. Just goes to show you can be pleasantly surprised when travelling in regional NSW.

Nothing to dislike

There was no breakfast. Was quite tidy and neat.

Could have been a little cleaner.

Location, comfy bed and pillows, new air conditioner, clean towels, very kind and friendly property managers!

Nothing, all was great!

A new air conditioner was installed that day, making it very quiet. We both slept well in a comfortable bed. Basic facilities were available, and the place was very clean. The Wi-Fi was strong and fast.

No tissues. I suffered a hay fever attack and had to scramble to use toilet paper for my nose.

Nothing the room was dirty and the door was a lock from the outside

The customer service was terrible we booked it on booking.con and when we arrived he told us that he hadn't received the booking so we sat in the heat outside and waited for the booking to come thru

Very clean and comfortable bed. Great stopover between Brisbane and Melbourne.

I liked the fact that this hotel accepts pets. My dog was a mastiff so he was abit of a handful with his first travels and all but he settled in.Staff was nice! Clean hotel. Budget friendly

Friendly reception, well appointed room and pet friendly. Parking was undercover outside the room.

Bad and putrid.

Bathroom was putrid.I doubt it has been cleaned in a long time. Room was cold and only one blanket for each bed. Hot water took forever to come through. Room had a musty smell. Workmanship in bathroom leaves a lot to be desired hence blue staining to white hand basin. Suggest you find somewhere else. Very disappointing.

Arrived late, and was greeted warmly, very nice staff, thank you.

Disappointing

The noise. Rough and rowdy neighbour's. ? Permanent residents emergencyhousing. Black rubbish bags left outside roomT v didn't work. Poor reception

Unexpected trip, so late booking. Very good price for Queen room. Requested to be put at back of motel away from road, No problem for motel. Arrived after 8.00pm. Gentleman at reception welcoming, courteous and very helpful. Explained where I could still get a meal. Went to room and it was brilliant. Walked in and it was absolutely spotless. No stale smell only clean fresh air. All personal amenities were first rate. Surprised and delighted

Digital TV channels need tweaking.
