Room very clean

Took a long time for water to become hotCould only get minimal channels on TV and wanted to watch the footballFridge very noisy

The motel owner went out of his way to provide a room suitable for our needs and helped us acquire some additional items.The room was large, comfortable and well equipped and it was great to be able to keep our German Shepherd with us

I couldn't understand the instructions for the television, so wasn't able to access all the channels.

The room cleanliness and the bed was comfy and clean. Staff and service. Location and view, all rooms have undercover parking and stunning garden view. i would definitely recommend this place.

Far enough from the highway so that noise was at a minimum. Beds were very comfortable, toaster and microwave supplied

New and clean

They did not have iron /board, no side table beside bed, no table and chair to do work on.

Room was a good distance from the main road which kept traffic noise to a minimum. Although the side road was a by-pass corridor for B- double trucks to slip pass the towns business centre. Still at night not troubled by any noise from them.

There was a problem with the hot water supply to the room I was in and to the room adjacent according to that occupant. The manager could not rectify the problem so it was cold showers morning and night, I thought the manager could have moved my booking to another room that had hot water but this was not offered and no compensation was offered for the absence of this most basic service in a motel complex.

Friendly staff at reception. Comfortable beds. Nice fluffy green towels. Good carpark (no loose gravel). Icy cold water in fridge (though glasses smaller than average). Good selection of teabags and offer of fresh milk at reception at check-in. Excellent cold air-conditioning (though moderately noisy).

Bathroom light was quite flickery for a moment when switched on. Shower took some time to get to suitable temperature (too hot then too cold then too hot again). Toilet roll holder not positioned at optimum angle causing minor discomfort and difficulty.

Clean tidy Room

TV not tuned in properly, no Channel 7 or SBS. Room 11 Tap in bathroom has running HOT water, that can't be turned off, needs urgent repair

Lovely dog friendly motel, great place to stop on a long drive. Very clean rooms, and friendly staff.

Extremely clean and location very convenient with a lovely big front yard section to walk the dog.

It was advertised that pets stay free on booking.com however when we arrived we had to pay $20 for our dog. Was happy to pay it as reasonable total price for stay however it needs to be taken down that pets stay free.

Would not stay again as do not want to stay in a motel that has pets.

Was told it wasn’t “pet friendly “ to find out there were several rooms had dogs staying in there. Obviously using strong disinfectants to clean rooms which had a smell through the room.Couldn’t tune tv in to channels 7 or 9 enEven with the help of the manager.
