Staff great with special shout out to office and Cameron who went above and beyondPizza / Fish n Chips good but disappointed that the fish whilst fresh frozen was not Australian but from Asia

Shame the swimming pool not available

Plenty to do for kids, kiosk was stocked and reasonably priced.

A few other guests playing loud music late into the night but not anything to do with the property.

Close to the river and hotel. Room was large and comfortable.

Great location, friendly staff, reasonable tariffs

The cabin, although clean, was in need of maintenance - torn curtains, dripping taps, fluoro not working and broken tiles in the bathroom.

Pool was great

Paid for unlimited golf but was told course was closed on second attempt to play. Had a chat to staff member and got to play in the end. There were quite a few insects in the cabin and my husband got bitten by one.

the camp kitchens were great plenty of options to use etc.Staff were great and helpful.we would highly recommend this facility to anyone visiting Berri SA.

Loved location and variety of activities available for kids. Enjoyed spending time on the river in kayaks that were available to hire. Staff were very helpful

We got there Friday afternoon. Was quite a hot day so the kids and husbands went to go for a swim to cool down, however was kicked out by 8pm on a Friday night that was a little disappointing.

Cabin bedrooms bit small

Loved the location and proximity to facilities and local shopping area. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Main bedroom had a very firm mattress, okay for some and second bedroom second was on the small size.

It’s a great place to stay on the river I would recommend to all it’s setup well it has pool mini golf, pizza night etc come and give it a go you won’t be disappointed

I can't think of anything

Dirt and dust from the previous tenant was swept behind the door. The main bedroom door didn't shut as the lock and frame where bent out of shape.WiFi was non existant despite asking for help, they never contacted us back to say they had resolved it, despite checking it wasn't fixed. We were told to hotspot our mobile phones to access the internet.Rooms are super tiny.Shower is ridiculously small. Couch was a 2 seater and the TV was on top of the fridge. Ended up with a sore neck from watching the TV. The mattresses in the spare room (kids room) were so uncomfortable the floor would have been just as comfy.Wouldn't bother staying here again. Very disappointing.

Choice of cabin wrong for us. My fault

The staff were great and very helpful, happy to show us around and recommend good dining options in the area. The playgrounds for kids were excellent and the free mini golf was a bonus

I thought the cabin may have been a little bugger, judging by the photos online. And didn't realise we had to bring our own bedding, that wasn't made super clear in the original booking. But it was clean and had all the amenities we needed.
