They turned the heater on for me, very welcoming on a cold evening! Nice communal kitchen and lounge.

The air con did not work properly the second night fan didnot work. Only one power point needed anither for cpap machine. Room was clean so was the showers and toilets it

Very clean, room, great pillows. Excellent communication with staff, they explained perfectly the process for late check in.

The parking was not suitable for a trailer which caused much distress as I parked across 3 car parks in front of Broken Hill Tile Shop. I chose this park because it had the only street light and I wanted to deter thrives from steeling the unsecured items on my roof racks. Unfortunately I did not get to my car early enough in the morning and the woman from the tile shop had intentionally parked me in, when I asked if she could let me get out she was very abusive towards me. I was upset because I had not intended to sleep in until 830am, I had planned to move my car earlier (blame the comfortable room

It was clean comfortable the room was fantastic they are doing it renovating rooms in the facility at the moment and it was it right in the middle of town short walk to a really good bistro to have a meal

It was 70 bucks cheap as chips!

Nothing, except for the Koreans cooking their food in the common room and stinking the whole place out

Location was great, there was plenty of parking, the owner gave me clear after-hours check-in instructions and was easy to reach and the shared facilities were in good order.

There was a funny smell coming from my ensuite

Even though it is old it is kept clean and tidy and has everything you need. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Not happy about using a Shared bathroom so upgraded my booking to include an ensuite with my room.

For the price, this was a reasonable accommodation. There is a kitchen you can cook in, a common area with a TV, and the rooms are clean and quiet.

Walking into shower block seeing a large man naked with a shopping trolly washing his stuff in it.Shopping trolly man and others talking loud yelling in kitchen 10.30 at night had to go ask them to be qiet

Close to train and bus stations, the whole place was very tidy and clean with some wonderful guests there. Friendly and helpful staff. Large and tidy communal kitchen/relaxing area.

The internet was very bad, hardly usable, but the tourist centre, right at the back of the hotel, had very good and free internet. There was only a very small window in my bathroom, which let the only daylight into my very small room. The staff were very friendly and helpful, but unavailable after 16:00.

Lovely stay… room was comfy as was bed…facilities were good…

I stayed in room 24. Both my door and the neighbouring door were noisy when closing, and the shower water pressure was low; however, it didn’t make my stay unpleasant.
