Comfort Inn Crystal

Clean

It was ok and all we needed for an overnight stay that didn't cost a fortune. The location was great with a club (musician's club) couple of minute's walk down the road that had great and cheap food the night we were there. It was only a short walk into the main parts of town we wanted to see and a short drive to others. The staff were very helpful with local info.

From the outside we thought the room was a lot more tired and older than expected. The aircon was a little noisy but the room was reasonably quite. Glad we had a downstairs room and didn't have to lug bags upstairs.

Needs some modernizing great start would be newer beds.

Receptions service was average.

LOCATION WAS GREAT AS I HAD TO CATCH THE TRAIN EARLY IN THE MORNING AND THE STATION WAS JUST ACCROSS THE ROAD AND NO TRAFFIC NOISE

ALL GOOD

Position is great, close to CBD . Very clean, good staff

Room at front very private but can be a little noisy at times with traffic, trains etc

Was a great spot but very run down. Got bitten by bed bugs or something. Cleaning was average.

Clean and fresh. Very friendly welcome. Quick boiling kettle and good range of teabags. Excellent spacious shower with good hot water and drainage (no annoying puddles). Toilet roll folded in triangle formation and hygienic seal intact. Toilet paper and tissues easily accessible from sitting position. Multiple light switches in room.

Would like a biscuit included with tea making facilities.

Clean, comfortable, central location, close to train station and cafes etc, lovely staff

Parking could be tight

Very clean, good towels and sheets, plenty of tea and coffee sachets.

Mattresses were awful. The queen bed was like a trampoline. Partner rolls over and other gets bounced around! Moved to the single bed and it was as hard as a rock.

Very comfortable, convenient accommodation. Great access to dining and cool pubs.A little dated, but fine for a bunch of smelly blokes!?

room very small. Outdated decor and furnishing. small TV hard to view due to distance from the bed.

limited facility.

The room was lovely and clean and there was plenty of bench space.

There was no table to sit at and have a meal and when you washed out some clothes there was nowhere to hang them up.

The room was clean and didn’t smell musty. The fridge was stocked with some drinks (which I didn’t use)

The double bed was too close to the wall- the built in side cupboard needs to be moved so both sides of the bed are easily accessible

Great location and the restaurant at the place was outstanding. Best satay I have had in quite a while.

Everything was at a top level. Happy to return any time.

The staff very nice. Price good

The property too old

Great location and friendly staff.

Not much choice in breakfast. But a great stay

Very close to railway station

We arrived late and couldn’t access wifi as office was closed. Wifi password should be in room.

Comfortable room, central location, friendly, helpful staff, great value for money

Maree was very friendly and helpful. The place was comfortable and clean and quiet.

Easy to access. Easy to find a park. Vending machine in the car park was handy.

Small room but fine just for a short stay.
