Great overall value for the accommodations

Room was well equipped , modern, clean and comfortable.

Cheap and easy access and aircon was good

Disappointing

Not happy at all. On arrival, reception was unmanned and I was told to call a number displayed at the desk. I was asked to leave my number for a call back — 20 minutes later, still nothing.A staff member walked past and told me all check-in instructions were sent via email. I explained I hadn’t received anything and was still waiting for a call back. She said I had to wait, despite me standing right there asking for help.After multiple calls, I was told to wait again as they had a guest in front of them — even though the reception desk was completely empty.I eventually got the key, checked the room, and left immediately. Very tired room and absolutely no customer service. Extremely disappointing experience.

Very clean and comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff.

Queen with kitchen. Proper size fridge was great. We didn't use the stove/oven but definitely if coming again, would book this room for size. Appreciated toaster and kettle to provide our own breakfast. Clean bathroom, loved the shower. It is a quiet area, apart from the birds in the trees, but loved this sound.

The bed was probably only down for myself, a bit firm and you could feel the electric blanket where the cord joins the blanket(circle)

My husband and I have stayed here three times over the years and will stay again if lucky to get to Broken Hill again, 1st time we stayed in one of the cabins on the motel side, lovely.The staff are very polite and friendly, this time the receptionist was called Billie, lovely young lady, Danielle and another receptionist on caravan side were very friendly and helpful.

Remote check=in was slightly clunky. Had to call for a code as email had not arrived.

The bed was hard, it would have been nice to have face washes and many shampoo and conditioner

So far from the city centre.

The motel and associated caravan park are a little distance from town but still close enough to get a feel for the city. Staff were friendly and efficient accommodating our after-hours check-in. The room was comfortable, clean with surplus power outlets to accomodate the microwave, kettle and toaster. A very good place to break our journey.

Room was clean and the pool was nice and cool after a long day travelling in 40 degree heat.

Large room, big comfy bed, also a single bed in room which we didn’t use, good split system air con which had been turned on for us to cool room down on a day where it was 44C when we arrived at 4 - 5 pm. Table & a couple of chairs in room. Small kitchenette which we didn’t use. Good shower. Carpark right out front of unit on property. Very reasonable rate for unit. Manager/owner? who met us on arrival gave a couple of good recommendations as to where to eat.

The cleanliness, comfortability and the receptionist was lovely to deal with on the phone. Located at the end of town nice quiet.

The pool could be cleaner and the bbq didn't work.

Koved the location and the room. Staff great. Good value for the money.

It was passable.

Room was very dated, door did not shut, dusty, marked sheets, lots of ants in the room. No staff there so no one to contact about these issues.

Nice Motel in a great location, great aircon and extremely comfortable

WiFi was extremely poor and wasn’t good enough to run the smart TV which is always an issue with non Australian visitors like myself where we rely partially on WiFi for communication

Well sized room with everything we needed in the kitchenette area, fantastic aircon, huge shower & comfortable bed! While the reception isn’t staffed, check in was a breeze, housekeeping staff were all lovely and checked on us daily, and when I did have to call (on Boxing Day) to extended our stay a night the couple I spoke with was very helpful. Great value for what we paid. Would recommend and stay again!

The brochures in the welcome folder are outdated, I’m an ex local so I knew a lot of the cafes and restaurants were no longer open but if you were visiting you might get a bit of a run around trying to find a dinner spot that’s still operating. That’s a minor thing but honestly the only negative we found during our stay.

The room was clean & tidy, it had everything I needed & the facilities were very good. Although I never met any staff in person I spoke to a couple on the phone & they were very friendly and helpful.

Nothing it was all good.
