Very well kept property. Bed was very comfortable. Room was very clean, including the bathroom. Will stay here again!

Spacious, a good size 2-bedroom house for ourselves, and a luxurious room.

Had a few cockroaches crawling and a huntsman spider.Frying pan was awful, everything stuck to it.Pool itself was great, pool area looks like it went through an armageddon, totally run down. Dining table was very small and sticky. We had a map of the town on it and it ripped apart when we picked it up.

Location

The shower floods the bathroom and there is no way to avoid it happening due to the design of the shower screen and the floor.

Ample parking and rooms, good location and value for money, friendly staff.

The food was paid and the prices for the food was hidden discreetly such that customers unwillingly eat overpriced food without realising it is not complementary.

Great motel - close to everything, but nice and quiet when you needed to sleep. Pillows and bed were also comfy. Lovely staff and easy to organise an after hours check-in by phone if you're running a little late on your road trip.

Rooms were a good size queen bed comfortable but singles not so

Hard to open door and get to kettle and cups if some one want to go past No toaster in room and shower flooded the bathroom floor very unsafe for our elderly aunt to use

Very clean and modern

Shower was a little tricky as the shower head is very close to shower door and kept hitting door while showering.

Family unit in excellent condition and the check-in person couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Would have rated this Motel the best on our 6 week road trip except for the check-in staff member we had to deal with the next day.

Female receptionist on day 2 would be the rudest, most obnoxious person you would never want to meet. Unhelpful supplying an extra towel, virtually accused our daughter of wanting to steal an extra face washer, aggressively contradicted previous persons parking suggestion and was horrible to deal with in every way. We understand Management are aware of her behaviour and should do something about it. Service staff in contrast couldn't be nicer.

Clean and recently upgraded

No complimentary bottle water given like many other motels(especially given the tariff paid).Purchase cost of bottled water was $3.50. Way over priced given you could buy a litre of the same brand at Cole’s for 83cents!!!

Location,Comfort,Clean ,Friendly and outstanding customer service from Chloe and hats off separately to the manager as well.We stayed 2 nights and were amazed that our room was completely “housekept”with fresh towels,bathroom accessories and biscuits whilst we were away.

Cottage had some drainage issue in the kitchen but we worked out.

I unfortunately shut the door behind me at 4.30 am due to rain as I was packing my car for an early morning start as the next leg of my trip was the longest, I am an older female travelling alone. Even after ringing the emergency number I had to wait until 7.30 before someone came to re-open the door to let me in. As an older woman being left cold and vulnerable is unforgivable. This was not just a I want a biscuit at 4.30 am. If the door did not lock automatically behind you or there was signage making you aware to take the room key at all times then this would not have happened.

Cleaning staff amazing.

Older reception lady on Wednesday was unaccommodating and rude. When we told her we needed extra towels as our shower had no door or curtain and spread water across the floor, her reply was to the effect of ‘it’s a budget room, what do you expect’.

Friendly staff and good location, nice basic motel.

Was a little confused when booking room as online mentioned a bath, but there was no bath in our room. I could have brought this up with the staff but didn’t want to make more work for the staff as we were already in our room when I noticed.
