Daydream Motel and Apartments

Friendly and bubbly lady at check in. We were upgraded to a spa suite. Very roomy unit with kitchenette, 2 recliner chairs, tv, dining table and chairs. Great airconditioning. Blockout blinds throughout. Very quiet. Great location, could walk to town, but we didn't in 41 degree heat. Wished we could have stayed another night. Recommend.

Clean tidy easy access to township

Cleanlyness

No air con was not cold room was muggy and hard to sleep

Close to everything and well appointed. Simple, but everything you need . New beds are fantastic

Nothing to report

Location for the purpose of our visit was excellent. The room was spacious, land the staff were friendly.

The motel is dated and requires some TLC. The cleaners need to look above the bench top as areas are quite dusty.

The property was quiet, clean, well furnished and very comfortable.

There could have been more cutlery.

Good location, comfortable bed, good shower

House keeping knocking on the door at 9am to ask if we were checking out that day

Shower was awesome. Water temp nice and hot and mdern updated bathroom.

Bed was too small anda bit uncomfortable.

Clean room, housekeeping very good. good location for us.

all good

This Motel was excellent.Nothing was a problem to the staff. They went above and beyond what we expected them to do.The room was comfortable and warm and well maintained.

It was in a good location for walking into the Main Street.

Beds were not that comfortable Felt dirty

The bed was comfortable and the shower was good.

The room and bathroom could have been cleaner. Especially the toilet. The outside verandah was really dirty. Needed a really good sweep and tidy up.

Friendly staff. Didn't actually meet them. Only on the phone

Please update your listing. A 10amp power socket behind the bins is not an EV charger. I had to run around to find somewhere else to charge.

Good low price motel close to coach stop, supermarket and main street. Bed and pillows were comfortable + a good upgraded shower room. Great staff, too.

One night of the seven: A LOUD group were mouthing off in the car park and on the motel deck til almost midnight, though all except the woman lowered their voices after I asked them for quiet... My room was smallish with stained armchairs BUT all up the Day Dream is a great value, low cost motel.

Location was convenient and walking distance to CBD. Bathrooms had been updated. Small table and two chairs for eating or working at. Also two easy chairs and side table. Plenty of accessible power-points and a designated USB charging point.

Bed was quite firm. 2 of the 4 pillows were lumpy. Had to stand on a chair to reach the air conditioner controls. Could hear guests in other rooms walking around their rooms. Behind the door around the handle needed cleaning.

The air con worked well

Just like MacDonald's, looks good on the ad, but when you open the box it's nothing but garbage!!Room 17 what an absolute disgrace....When I opened the door it smelt like a sweaty old wino had been living in there...So I went back onto booking.com to check the photos and clearly I hadn't been given the room I paid for, I went back to reception but the door was locked, I was tired from travelling all day and didn't think to ring, but I doubt I would've got an answer as I feel this was done on purpose. On closer inspection the mattress and pillows looked like they were over 20yrs old covered in stains and the bedding wasn't clean, thankfully I had my own, the shower was disgusting, the drains stunk and I cleaned the toilet before I used it, the carpet was rank and covered in stains, the walls were filthy and the kitchenette sink still had food stuck on it, the rest of the furniture looked like second hand rubbish and there was no reception for the TV... The receptionist must lead a very dismal, demeaning existence, to actual do this to someone, I feel sorry for you sweetheart...DO BETTER!!!

The location was easy to find, enter and leave with the traffic

Had everything we needed!

The bed was comfortable.

The floors and furniture eg table were very sticky and ants everywhere. Glasses, pots and pans were filthy. Did not want to use anything.

Location, friendly staff

Bed was a bit small

Close to town and clean

Person outside of their room talking loudly on the phone at 2am for an hour
