Upstairs to the party/dinner we were attending

Bed was uncomfortable and sinking in the middle so you rolled into the middle or felt you were climbing your way out . Bedhead was really dusty. Fridge was turned off so mouldy inside . Common bathroom was untidy (think other guests may have been the cause )Food wasn’t very good as had a soggy shredded lettuce ceasar salad )

the staff need to smile a bit more .. concentrate on serving 1 !! customer at a time .. on busy days the pub needs an all day simplified menu between lunch and dinner

Line up for food as the place was very busy,(well worth the wait) and the food didn't take that long to come out once ordered.

Great staff at a busy Xmas period very accomodating under pressure room was adequate to our needs

Bathroom was dirty only one toilet was working in the shared bathroom

Help your self kitchen was set up really good and having a balcony to enjoy the view was a bonus

The only thing I would say the step could have been a bit wider but apart from that very good and very helpful staff willing to help with whatever your questions were

Great pub taking full advantage of location on the mighty Murray. Rooms were clean with old school facilities down the hall. Bathroom was clean and fresh condition. Common room with free basic brekky was welcome.

The staff are not very helpful, when booking the room online it had nice views, in reality the view from my room looked straight at a air-conditioning unit. Unisex toilets no fridge no water in the room.

The property only had two pillows on a queen size bed and most people like to and none in the wardrobe. It also didn’t have shampoos conditioners or body washes.

Has a lot of noises when you walk in the hallways and up the staircase is very narrow and hard to get up with cases

Excellent customer service throughout the stay. Fantastic view of the Murray River. Fire pit kept us warm on cold nights. Food was great.

Nothing we didn't like. Everything was explained to us on arrival.

Only one thing a smart tv in the rooms for tube exc would be nice

We didn’t stay the night because they didn’t allow late check in (wasn’t shown on booking.com) so we had to cancel and they denied us any refund.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Meals were great. Event was enjoyable.

Advertised a continental breakfast but just cereal available. No fruit or bread. No where to wash bowls and cups and dirty dishes still on table next day. Tables and equipment (microwave and toaster) needed a good clean.

The hotel is in the middle of town, which makes access to everything very easy and convenient. Being in the riverfront makes it even more relaxing. The continental breakfast included was greatly appreciated, especially with kids. More value for the price. Love our stay!

Location was excellent as my partner's band was playing at The Mannum Club NYE. Breakfast supplied was ok. Would have liked to have toaster. Condiments supplied

Previous comment says it. Everything else was fine. This is the second NYE we have stayed and hoping to stay more.

The room was away from the dining and gaming. Even though had shared bathroom it felt very private and was well set out. We had an issue with room and it was sort quickly and promptly with no issues.

The stairs up to the room were a little narrow and steep but otherwise fine.
