Restaurant is not up to standard. Food is ordinary and the service was haphazard.

Staff very pleasant, modern big rooms, great shower, location terrific, will stay again

All was good.

The complex name was changed the day before. The stay went very well; staff were very good at reception, bed was completable and plenty of room for two. Looking forward for the new owners to put some $ into the overall presentation.

just needed a bit more of a clean given the new name and what that is affiliated with now i would hope that this would be fixed the next visit. Breakfast was (load) and staff most of the time wasn't interested in the services unfortunately.Overall, the food at breakfast was pleasant.

Apartment style room with sitting room and kitchen was expansive and comfortable. It was easy to have a meal within the unit, with everything we needed readily available. Plenty of coffee and tea. The bathroom was very spacious and well equipped. The outdoor seating was very welcome and parking was plentiful.

Breakfast was included in the cost of our stay however for some strange reason, barrista coffees were not. We were not told there would be an additional fee.

Location was good short walk into town. Easy access and good parking.

Nothing it was what we expected.

Grounds need some attention.

Spacious rooms, clean, plenty of parking spaces, s complementary bottle of wine in rooms.

Lots of flies in the room when we checked in. It may be due to checking in at night and light outside the room attracting the flies.

Comfy clean rooms for sure... was way overpriced for what we got... there for a concert so I know that prices are high but it's a glorified motel at high end prices and Breakfast was not even included - which i think should be for what we paid.

The room is clean and tidy, with a modern interior design. We were given a half bottle of Penfolds Shiraz Cabernet which is very nice. The staff are friendly and helpful.

The Barossa Weintal Hotel is more like a motel than a hotel. We have only stayed for one night where the cost was more than AUD200. During after hours, there are no staff at the reception so you need to contact them via phone and collect the keys from a key box. Though the process is very easy and efficient, it is always preferred to have staff around the building. Also the hotel restaurant Angus & Co is closed on Monday.

The room was fantastic. Very clean, quiet and had everything we needed. The complimentary items were a nice surprise.

We had a great room with plenty of space, well decorated, and relaxing. It was close to everything we needed, but also felt like a retreat. Staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent sized bathtub.

Room was exceptional, I loved the warm ambiance that was set when arriving with the heater on, lights and music being played, it was a wonderful, unexpected surprise to walk into. Wonderful stay and beautifully presented. the complimentary wine was a real treat. Thank you.

Comfortable, nicely furnished, spacious rooms, able to have other couple travelling with us join us for drinks in the room. Restaurant on site

The room was really nice, modern & clean... They left some complementary drinks/nibbles which was lovely!

Unfortunately the mattress wasn't the best for either of us - but that is difficult to get right for everyone... We could also hear the loud music from a function after 11pm, not a huge issue but was definitely noticeable (kids slept through it no probs!)

Perfect place to stay for a few nights.Great restaurant and bar.Complimentary little sweets and bottle of red wine in the room!

It as clean and well presented

After using the shower and shutting the bathroom door there was a pungent smell when going back in I believe the drain on the outside of shower next to toilet was possible the cause. Looking there was a build up of dirt and grime.

The room, restaurant and location were excellent.
