- Comfy bed, good water pressure

Cons -
- Shower set up was weird with wooden door
- We had room 22. Stayed for 2 nights. As soon as we entered it smelt of sewerage. Not sure if it was the drains or the carpet. It didn’t go away at all even with the windows in the bathroom opened and sliding door opened. The air conditioner had a loud clicking noise that drive us to turn it off at night so was very hot. Also the roof had a very loud cracking banging noise when it was contracting throughout the night. We thought it was other patrons banging their doors shut at first. Very strange !
- The noisy building kept popping and banging. The aircon started to make a clicking noise.

The size of the room, toilet and carpark spot.

Newly furnished rooms with new air-conditioners. Spacious rooms with comfortable chairs and sliding doors to an outside area with chairs and small table. The pool was refreshing after hot days. Carports for every room with direct access to rooms means no need to be in the rain or sun to unpack.
No complaints really. Though a toaster and crockery were supplied there was nowhere for them other than the vanity cabinet which functioned as a hand basin and sink. Some landscaping out the back would make the back area more inviting as it looks a little neglected.
Pretty and great parking
Our outdoor area had cigarettes buts everywhere and leaves on the outdoor chairs and cushions. Dirty mug for coffee.
Nice rooms, good pool, friendly lady on reception
Hairs in the bed
Good location. Nice having a pool.
A bit run down. Badly needs some renovations.
Room was clean and neat with contemporary refurbishment.
The grounds could be better maintained. Tables around pool were dirty, could provide more shade with umbrellas. General weeding and cleanliness. Aircon took longtime to cool room.
Nice, quiet good location, clean n tidy spacious rooms. Great honest reccomendations from reception for wineries etc
Shower needs a full length door if you were sharing a room with friends or a door to close off rhe bathroom section
The location and price that I paid were good for the Barossa Valley, I've stayed here before, which made making my decision to stay here easy.
The only thing that was a bit odd was the wrappers still left on both toilet rolls that were on the toilet roll holder. It's not a major problem but I've never seen something like that and I travel alot. There are a couple of pot holes that need fixing in the driveway to the rooms.
Very clean, easy to get around the town. Comfortable bed. Value for money. Lovely cold pool.
Patchy internet and tv only gets wifi channels. Had to hotspot from my phone to watch tv.
Spacious, covered individual carport directly outside the room with garden bed between carports. Very spacious, comfortable room.
location
my stay was 6 nights. room was not serviced entire time.
The room was nice and location was ok.
It’s quite clear there’s been a change of management and/or ownership. The property is not well kept at all. We were there during a heatwave and the pool was dirty. During summer, that pool should be getting cleaned every day, it definitely wasn’t cleaned during the 3 days we were there. The grass was long and not mowed, no gardening has been done. Big pot jokes in the driveway. There’s no restaurant on the property anymore. The coffee cups in the room were dirty and not washed at all. Even though the cups are black on the inside, you could see the coffee from the last user on the inside wall of the cups. We were leaving at 8am on the day we checked out, the office didn’t open until 9am (Saturday), so we had to use the key drop box (we asked the girl at reception the day before what we needed to do). We got a call later that day asking if we had left (checked out), which we confirmed that we had (??) they then wanted to know what we did with the key……….not only had they not checked the early key drop box, they didn’t even seem to know it existed (it’s located at the reception door). The hotel is cheap, but that’s what you get, a cheap place to stay that is not very well maintained. We were very disappointed with the pool as the photos online make it look sparkling clean, it was not clean at all. (I wish I’d taken photos) We were quite disappointed and would not stay here again.
There was nothing about the place that I liked I never stayed I left and booked elsewhere
The place was untidy the room was very small the outdoor area behind our room was below standard the swimming pool was terrible
Great location in town, good sized room
The bathroom and kitchenette set up was not what we anticipated.
The Hotel ticked all our boxes. It was clean, comfortable and roomy. We did not use any of the other facilities as were there purely as an overnight stay. Bed and pillows were super comfortable. There is a slide door that can be opened to let fresh air into the room if desired.Car parking was under cover, directly in front of room door. Check in and check out was the quickest I have ever experienced.
The proximity to cafes and restaurants.
Noise from adjoining rooms and carpark.
location, quietness of property, undercover parking added bonus. Shower was good as was the air conditioning.
2 Tupperware containers with food left in fridge from previous guests! I took them to Reception to which the guy was very apologetic. Came back to room late one night after being out for dinner to find a dead, bloodied mouse on side table of queen bed which my husband cleaned up. We did notice a fair gap under the door for mice and other things to get in, you might want to invest in decent door seals. Another Washing machine would be very handy.
