Convenient for my work trip

Bed was a little uncomfortable and curtains could be better to block out light at night

The room was spacious and the location convenient to where I would be working.

The blankets were quite scratchy. Powerpoints not necessarily in the right spots when you are travelling for work.The restaurant was awful! I've eaten a lot of butter chicken in my time and this had zero flavour. The naan bread was dripping in oil and the raita was liquid. When the food was broght out we had no cutlery to eat it with, only serving spoons! I then had to ring a bell to find a staff member to get cutlery. I ordered a soda, lime and bitters and was brought what looked like a lemon squash. When I queried it, I was told that's how they made it. When I tasted it, it was clearly bitter lemon (which I hate). I again questioned the staff member and got a shrug of the shoulders. I discussed it again on paying the bill and she admitted it was bitter lemon. I tried to explain that these 2 drinks are very different but she didn't get it. I wasn't even offered a credit. I then asked for a tax invoice (as I explained at the start of the night and was told this was fine). I was handed the EFTPOS receipt and she was going to write the ABN number on it. I then engaged in a 10 minute discussion about this not being a tax invoice and that I needed one as it was a work trip. I then waited another 15 minutes while they range reception and made other arrangements. I was the only person in the restaurant - closed sign was up when I arrived at 7p, no tables set, no music, no atmosphere.

Rooms are budget accommodation but not budget price not even a sink in the kitchenette to wash dishes, rooms very dim & uninviting but a place to rest your head

Very friendly staff and very clean room, though our bed was very hard and we always take our own pillows.

. Unfortunately, the shower head was broken.

Great location on the outskirts of Kadina on the main road out, on a large property. Room was larger than depicted on the photos, well appointed, very clean and comfortable. 5 minutes from town center and shops.

The beds are always comfortable, staff are lovely. Good clean, comfortable reasonably priced accommodation.

The seal around the main door had large gaps- as it was 39C outside it was hard to keep the room cool without having the aircon on all day. Also the lock on the door seemed flimsy.

Helpful, welcoming staff at reception. Peaceful location.

Possibly an upgrade to outdoor areas, maybe some lawns etc.

Unkempt .Sofa in room filthy Torn umbrella at pool .Toilet seat dilapidated Rusty outdoor furniture .The cleaners came to room took our rubbish and cans but didn't make bed or clean anything .Could barely get a dribble of water out of taps and shower .

The room was spacious and everything was in good condition. The bed was very comfortable. Despite being close to the main road it was very quiet.

Nothing, we were very satisfied.

The window blinds lap way too much lighting, especially when you have a small toddler trying to sleep.

Staff were friendly and helpful.Easy check-in.Pool was exceptionally clean and well located.Close to the town of Kadina and central to other Copper coast towns.

Room a little dated but had everything I needed.

Spacious room, decent aircon. The pool was great, as it was over 35°C for our stay. The staff were nice and friendly.

The facilities are quite dated and could do with a little bit of modernisation, like new lighting as the rooms are very dark inside.

Friendly person running the motel. It was comfortable. The only negative is that the fridge was not able to freeze my Esky bottles.

The property is well positioned, quiet and clean. We stayed only one night but would stay again without hesitation. There were quite a few rooms occupied but no noise from adjoining rooms, probably because of solid brick walls. Staff were polite.q

Did not have breakfast.Location is good away from noise etc. Only short drive to town centre.

Beds were not made up after first night stay and bins were not emptied.Reported to reception that bathroom basin had no cold water and toilet cistern constantly dribbled.

The toilet seat needs replacing. WiFi wasn't working during our stay

Perfect location no noise took our own breakfast.
