Cons -
- The lighting in the sitting lounge area was inadequate for reading in the evenings. The heating was bearly adequate, I and was not working efficiently We were disappointed with our stay, particularly as we have stayed with our van many times past
- Cabin could have been cleaner. There was milk residue in the fridge and soap wrappings left on the bed.
- The cabin was not super-clean and there were a few essential items missing from the kitchen; bunk beds were too hard for adults

Lots of entertainment for the kids (pools, bike track, buggies, water slides, jumping pillows); our cabin was new; picturesque location nestled between the trees
The cabin was not super-clean and there were a few essential items missing from the kitchen; bunk beds were too hard for adults
Was reasonable but the bathroom wasn't particularly well kept, beds weren't very comfortable. pool opening hours were way too short, no opportunity to have a morning or evening swim.
environment not overcrowdedneat & tidy park
DESIGN OF ACCOMMODATIONToilet door & bathroom door both opened outwards into the kitchen because the ROOMS were BOTH TOO SMALLBedrooms were far too small as well-difficult to get around the bed
Staff was friendly.
The beds were not comfortable the cabin seemed old compared to others. Our cabin was located at the end and hence no wifi connection. Staff tried but advised there is wifi issue at the cabin location. However get out side to the main pathway we used to get wifi connection.
Location, a lot of amenities for families.
Pricing. I've stayed at 2 bedroom house at beach locations this year at half the price and double the space and comfort. I've also stayed at beachside motels in popular places, for less than the cost of this budget cabin.
Location was good
These cabins are very old and have very basic cooking equipment. Small is being generous.
Despite being a large, busy park our cabin was very quiet and felt private and secluded. The kitchen and shower were bother great.
We booked an economy cabin and it was compact but that was our choice. I felt it was a bit overpriced for the size. The bed was very soft which we are not used to.
The quietness environment, ideal location near town.
The cabin floor was covered in dust, and the rooms had a lot of mosquitoes. When I arrived at the water park around 4 PM, it was open, but the water was turned off. I'm not sure if this was due to the low number of visitors. Another parent told me she had called the maintenance guy to come and check, but he didn’t arrive until 5 PM and informed us that the park had to close at that time.
Great location, there's a shortage of accommodation in Clare so it's great we can get comfortable cabins
More 2 bedroom cabins with a queen/double in both rooms rather than bunks would be great :) the are like gold dust to book
The facilities of the park for kids
The cleanliness was disgusting. We paid $220 a night for a standard cabin for three nights and left a night early due to the poor standard of cleanliness. When we first checked in the couch was stained beyond what you would want to sit on, dirt on the floor and an empty Pringles contained under the couch. The manager came to apologise with a bottle of wine which we appreciated but our stay was affected by the poor standards of cleanliness the doors were stained with marks, the bedside table smelt like urine, the heater in our room didn’t work, the microwave hadn’t been wiped out, the couch was filthy, there was dust on everything and the seals of the fridge were full of food. I have never written a poor review for anywhere but after checking out a night early and the receptionist saying a manager would contact us and having not heard a thing I feel I have no choice but to be honest. I made sure I had photos so hopefully they can improve the cabin for future people’s stays. As some people may choose this for the only holiday they get a year.
Quiet nice surrounds. Good location , we were a large group so good to be all together
Didn’t like being aggressively yelled at by an employee or owner for driving at 10 kms not 5 km - didn’t see the sign and was being very careful . A polite request would have worked just as well ,as I was aware of small children etc as my own were there.
The pool and grounds were lovely. The cabin itself was well equipped and generally clean.
The bed was terrible and we didn’t sleep well at all. The mattress needs to be replaced. There was a used flannel left in the shower also.
The cabins were nice.very private and peaceful and a good location.
There wasn’t a screen door therefore lacking security and protection. Other cabins had a screen door and a glass door.
Facilities were great and my kids loved it
The eco cabins were a bit sad but i guess the price reflected that. There needs to be more seating for parents around the jumping pillow area
The park is absolutely fantastic for the kids when the weather is warm. There are two pools and decently shaded, with the splash water park and the slides are fantastic. The bike track is absolutely amazing and the kids spent hours on it.
The cabins are pretty basic and in our cabin there was mould in all the windows in the bedroom with the bunks and the bedding wasn’t the cleanest so I think that’s why I rated not value for money because it’s quite pricey for these reasons.
The calming atmosphere and my son loves the water play
The cabin we were in, we couldn't connect to the WiFi
