- This hotel is not really a hotel... It's just a building with some random rooms, run by a guy, who has no sense of customer service or has any idea what's going on in this space. This man, cancelled my booking without informing me, i reached the location and he rudely told me to leave, as my room was no longer available, even when i showed him my confirmed booking. As a result, i was without a hotel that night with my mother, wandering the streets figuring a new place to stay. Please don't book this spot, very risky, especially in a place like Prayagraj.

This hotel is not really a hotel... It's just a building with some random rooms, run by a guy, who has no sense of customer service or has any idea what's going on in this space. they dont serve breakfast and tea . they have no service person available.hotel restarted just 7 days back after 2 years closure
AC is totally cut off.Geysers are not workingFan connection always on top speed can't change the speed of the fan.the ground floor is totatlly muddy and sewage leakage . We have to get our luggage from same dirty floor .
