Max Hotels Prayagraj

My stay at Max Hotel was truly delightful. The food was exceptional, offering a variety of delicious dishes that satisfied every craving. The staff was not only warm and welcoming but also incredibly courteous, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant experience throughout. Additionally, the hotel's prime location made everything conveniently accessible, adding to the overall ease and enjoyment of my stay.

My stay at Max Hotel was disappointing due to several factors. Cleanliness was a major issue, as the hotel did not meet basic hygiene standards. The overall presentation and ambiance lacked appeal, making the space feel uninviting. Maintenance was poor, with noticeable signs of neglect throughout the property. Additionally, the mismatched color combinations created a visually uncoordinated and unsettling atmosphere, further diminishing the experience. To top it off, the experience did not justify the cost, making it far from a value-for-money stay

Location is good , Rooms are clean

No window , limited in room dining menu , staff was very irresponsible, took 20 minutes to give the bill due to which almost missed my train

Location wise absolutely great. It's on the same compound as the railway station

The rooms were stinking. When we asked them to change they said we can't do anything. They asked us to pay extra for an upgrade to a better room. Only when we said we'll shift to another hotel and raise this with booking.com they agreed to give us a better room without charging extra.

Although it is near station but staying in this hotel was very good experience for all round behaviour of staffs. Food supplied exactly what we wanted and as per our request with very much cordial manner. Only problem was parking area. Vehicle is to be parked in common place Railway parking at 100ft away.

Only parking. Hotel does not have their parking in front of the hotel. It is observed that a big parking place is under process in front of the hotel.

Very Poor Experience

No water, Beggars everywhere, unresponsive staff and a lot of noise from the railway station which won't let you sleep

Worst ever stay in any hotel

Location was inside railway station which disturbed my sleep entirely. Basic facilities like glass to drink water, facility to hang clothes were not available. Dilapidated and dirty furniture including bed were adding to the existing problems. Nothing except hand wash was provided in the wash room. Key holder for making light was broken. Services by the staff was poor. Breakfast was not up to standard. The hotel is not eligible for star 1 level. Please don’t ask any future customer about this hotel.

Breakfast was good.Staff hospitable.Being near railway station train sound was disturbing.

Overall the experience was good.Location has both advantage and disadvantage.However location can't be changed.

A compact but comfortable room is the main highlight of the Max Prayagraj.As my preferred mode of travel is by train, the proximity of the Max Prayagraj to the Prayagraj junction railway station has been convenient.

The bathroom cum toilet was too small. A bit more space would have helped enjoy better bath experience.

No towels in bathroom...TV screen not working. Poor lighting.

Facilities provided not justified for the tariff.

The FOOD is amazing. Their Veg Noodles was awesome. We booked Family room and it was ok. Beds were huge. I think they are still renovating it.

There is no door bell so we have to knock the door every time. The bathroom only had shower

Not very clean, poor bathroom fittings and toiletries, low quality breakfast items. This hotel is almost at the railway platform.

Worst Experience - Not recomended to stay, horrible noise of train and announcement

Location is extremely worst, Just next to railway platform, Whole night train and crown noise is there in the room.Even i cant sleep due to this high level of noise.I am not recomending this hotel to stay.Bad experience

Rooms were big at this price point and clean too.There was a nice vibe in the room.

Some rules regarding the hotel, such as visitors not allowed and outside food not allowed it feels like we are bound in the room and can't invite even 1 friend to meet.

Cost wise expensive. Light was not bright inside the rooms

Food was good . One person at reception was helpful and open to suggestions. Location is very good.

Restaurant services need improvement. Reception Staff needs to be trained how to welcome the guests.
