- we had varieties. Location is good on ground flour
- Old rooms needs renovation
Cons -
- The staff was less than helpful. I asked for a towel, it took over an hour to receive. Eventually, I went down to the reception, they said, "return to your room, it is coming." 20 minutes later no towel. I found the reception actually a bit lazy.
- we could have more fruits
- Internet is bad no signal inside the room

Staff, location and Breafast is excellent
Wifi, room facilities and other hotel amenities are sub-par
I woke up in room no 438 to realise that there was a rat in my room all night who ate all my apples and had torn the carpet and entered my suitcase….the staff took 2 whole days to give me a refund for that night telling me that the manager was busy
The breakfast was well stocked with an omelette station and the coffee was excellent. The croissants were also good and went great with the Nutella stations!
Wide variety, mostly fresh. Staff sometimes friendly sometimes not.
There was lots of dust in the front sitting area. The carpets in the bedroom was not cut to size a concrete cap was between closet and carpet. Bathroom mirror looks like watermarks have stained it. I asked for the water geyser to warmer for the shower but that never happened. The Booking.com booked price was much less than what I was charged at the property.
The staff is very nice . I have been upgraded to a suite at my arrival . Arrival and departure process were smooth and staff at the reception were very kind . Nice gym
BreakfastLarge room and bathroom
Could be more well maintainedNo mosquito net in the roomNo twin room optionNo transfer from the airport during evening
The best and only international hotel currently working in N’Djamena
The air conditioning issue Furniture in many room is getting old and needs maintenance
I liked that the property is spacious and a bit out of town
I did not like the customer care/reception at all!!!! We landed at almost 1pm in the afternoon and we had no driver pick so I had to use my international roaming service to call the hotel, only to be met with a very rude behavior from Khadija Goji. It was horrible to way she made us feel. She kept saying the driver was dropping off the cabin crew and that if we’re tired, we should take a taxi and pay for it! When I asked why was none of this organized prior to our arrival, she coldly replied “ it’s a free shuttle!”. In my whole experience of staying in hotels, this was a major slap in my face! Especially that this was our second time there. I wish it ended there, but no, we found the driver who was parking far from where we were seated and he didn’t make an effort to come up to us. He was not even willing to pick us. Probably waiting for the cabin crew but even after 2 hours of waiting, we had to force ourselves in the shuttle. Ok, we get to the hotel, there’s a short woman with pulled back pony tail that received us as if we were in a funeral. No smile. She gave us the key without any explanation of services, WiFi connections, breakfast place and schedules. Nothing! We had to ask the restaurant people on the top floor. Not once did Khadijah (who’s suppose to be the manager) or anyone from the staff called to apologize. We felt unwelcomed. A nice bonus: we wanted a driver to go somewhere so we told the receptionist and she said she was going to arrange, then our client’s driver was already on the way so when the previous driver showed up, we excused ourselves and said our customer’s driver was already on the way. Suddenly, we were told by our client that the driver’s car had broken down and there was no chance his car could be fixed that same day, as we were speaking with the client, we saw the previous driver driving just across the main reception so my colleague ran to the receptionist to ask her to quickly call the driver as we had an issue. Guess what?
Coffee at breakfast
Wifi, Breakfast, the lizards constantly chasing you down, and not being controlled, not being able to check out quickly or efficiently. Did not live up to the Radisson Brand.
Passable
Hair Dryer not working and when i asked to repair nothing they didn't do nothing Rat in Restaurant in 6th Floor Dirty
I enjoyed the outside courtyard ... but that's about it
The room had a filthy carpet. The lobby area had terrible lounges, and dirty, there was construction of the outside courtyard that consistent of banging and drilling from early in the morning till evening time. Gym, on the other side of the hotel, full of dated equipment and finthy
The location was very good and the room was equally nice.
It took nearly more than one day to get bathroom slippers.

1- Qibla direction sign not found2- Lifts need maintinance and renual3- Soft slippers not found
Nice facilities
For a 5 stars, didn’t like the fact that I’ve to ask for bathrobe and the expresso machine that listed in my room category. Also found it strange to pay cash for room service instead of signing or using your credit card
The staff were very warm and responsive. I made a special request for an omelette and the chef went out of her way to get me what I wanted.
The meals were overpriced. I had to ask for towels three times before I finally got them, and I asked for my safe to be rectified three times and it was not done by the time I left the place. The aircon was flooding my balcony but it was not cleaned or wiped during my stay there.
the room was large.
the air conditioning didn’t works and it was 44 degrees. after many staff complained, the hotel left a note in the room explaining this. I think that as a gesture they could have offered a discount or even a complimentary drink. the front desk staff could have been a bit more helpful.
