We were happy with everything

The in house questionnaire asked what we thought of the room's décor. Is it really necessary?

The apartment had everything we needed for our stay, the kitchenette was super handy and well stocked. The location was a great and a short walk to the aquarium pool and a few other rock pools along the way.

Nice room, kangaroos out the back in the evening were awesome. Great spot to walk to watch sunset.

Room was right next to reception so not a lot of privacy but lucky it wasn't too busy. View was okay, but note that the downstairs unit (which this one was) lose the view as the carpark is directly in front.

Good location, clean, beachfront. Comfy bed. Decent size kitchen. Lovely staff. Washing machine and dryer is handy if you are staying longer. Would consider staying again.

Complimentary shampoo/soap not enough for the number of people staying in the apartment. Just one small bottle of body soap/shampoo/conditioner for the entire stay. We stayed in apartment 4, stairs/landing at top is a bit narrow but managable.

The whole apartment was much bigger than expected, and also better appointed than expected. Each room had its own full bathroom and there was a half-bathroom near the living room. Beds were super comfy. Living room was excellent for 2 couples to hang out. The kitchen is well appointed. Very clean. And the location was amazing! Views of the ocean and such close proximity to the wonderful Smiths beach. Wish we were there longer.

Really clean and well maintained rooms and gardens overlooking spectacular Smiths beach. Staff very professional and friendly.

Great view.Accomodation was very spacious & clean.

Not fancy but it was clean comfy and the ac worked well along with ceiling fans on what were heatwave conditions. Location on the famous Smiths Beach sand dunes with Lamont’s restaurant a few steps away was excellent for us!

Getting long in the tooth but everything works.

The beach is front of the apartment and accessible and walking distance to enjoy, walk and swim.

Spectacular view - a must stay if you’re in the area. Very quiet, private apartment with all the comforts of home. Close to other beaches, caves & Dunsborough for great coffee and boutique shopping.

Although the apartment is a little dated in terms of finishes it's location is superlative! Views across the coastal bush and beach were unrivalled!

Perfect location overlooking Smith’s Beach. Beds were comfortable and the shower is spacious and very clean. We loved having a balcony to fully take in the fantastic view.

Bit poky at the top of the stairs when entering the apartment (very close to the neighbouring apartment’s front door) but not much you can do about that.

Wonderful location with views over Smiths Bay. Close to very good restaurant and small shop. Spacious room with balcony, small kitchen and good size bathroom with washing machine. Very comfortable bed. Staff were helpful and welcoming.

The unit could do with some refurbishment, especially kitchen units. More cutlery and plates would help.
