Great location. Lovely view of the water and easy walk into town.

Accomodation was too dark. Furniture dated and uncomfortable

Location, size if the home. Plenty of space for the family to have their own space.

There were no plugs in any sinks... we reported it but never recieved any. On check- out the lady said i Have them here to deliver. Outside the garden and uneven paving were in need of maintenance.

When sitting on the balcony you can see your neighbours also sitting on their balcony so a bit more privacy would be goodAlso the blinds In master bedroom let alot of light in from the road lights at night and sun in morning so it needs better block out widow treatments

House was great size really good set up

Pool was cold and dirty. Says heated but it was way too cool to get in and too dirty to swim in

The location was amazing.

I paid a lot of money and thought the decor was old, in meed of some paint and modernisation. The outside light that gave me light to the bar b q was on and off so it’s faulty. The fly nets on most doors were old and sticking, one of the doors it was split.

The home was a bit tired and needed some maintenance.Painting, cupboards that didn’t close properly, the bbq didn’t work properly. The spa pump did not work properly.There were no basic food prep items like oil or salt and pepperNo ability to connect music

Great house, bug, clean and had everything we needed, location was perfect too.

For a family of seven there were not enough toilet rolls.

regency staff were helpful

the house was very run down, fans broken, no Netflix or even free to air TV in the main living. not what you expect for the price

Good location, nice and clean.

The stairs, had I realised it was three storey I wouldn’t have booked it. We were too old to be climbing the stairs all the time.

House 22 is over rated over priced totally needs refurbishment mould in bathroom aged ensuite decor from 1980 definitely disappointed compared to house 11 in same Regency property

Over priced @$600 per nite for house in need of repair, would never recommend this house to others..

Amazing view, stunning house with heaps of room and lovely friendly staff. We were blown away by the spacious living area. Would definitely stay again. Wish we could've stayed longer.

Didn't bother me at all but as the rooms cater for large groups the place can be a bit noisy. Fine if you're in a group but not really for those who seek peace and quiet
