It’s spacious clean has everything you need in a great location nice outdoor area very quiet across the road from Geographe Bay

It’s a bit older could do with some updates new showerheads

The location was across the beach. Walking trails were nearby.

The decor is run down and dated. The carpet is sagging, unit smelled musty, bathroom grout was very mouldy.

We loved the location We had some issues with a light not working and it was fixed the next day The games room and tennis court was a big hit with our kids Lovely walking paths Clean bbqs

Our accomodation was very comfortable yet a little dated and worn Some of the dishes were still dirty from previous guests Overall a good experience

A well laid out large villa close to a pretty river with a short track beside it. Excellent bathroom, kitchen and laundry facilities.Just across the main road to a track leading to the beach and not far from the main town

When we arrived we found some crockery dirty and the fridge was not clean. While we have stayed at this property before it was a few years ago and Dunsborough is now very much bigger and we found the noise from the main road very intrusive, even when inside the house.

The location, the grounds if the facility were bery relaxing with great walking trails available

A beautiful, modern, stylish home from home. It was well equipped.The beds were large and comfortable.It was very bright and airy. A short walk to the river at the back and an equally short walk to the beach at the front.You would need transport to get to Dunsborough's shops and restaurants/cafes.We would definitely return if we travelled this way again.

Property was clean and tidy. Only thing missing was the complimentary shower gel shampoo and conditioner.

Bedroom had sliding door off living/kitchen area so not great if one person wants to watch TV & the other wants to sleep. Both living area & bedroom looked onto pathway by tennis courts so had to keep curtains closed to avoid passers-by looking in.

The beds were very comfortable and the outdoor garden space neat and tidy. A pleasant private space to have your meals and sit outdoors.

There were dishes in the cupboard that hadn’t been washed. The taps in the shower were leaking so they dripped continuously. The property was further out of town than I expected so we needed to drive into town rather than walk.

Fantastic location, extremely clean, well appointed, good facilities, great walking area and extremely close to the beach.

Great location for a beach holiday. Facilities are very good and everything you need....tennis court, table tennis, BBQ area etc.

Maybe some bikes to use/hire?

Loved the way the property was set out. Privacy was awesome. Literally across the road from the beach The appartment had everything we needed and close to Busselton for Ironman event

Nothing. It was pefect and if we return to Western Australia we would stay here longer and give Mandurah a miss

The fire place. Will come visit in winter to enjoy it. Close beach location was good. Rooms are spacious.

Great stay and location. 2 min walk to the beach. Very comfy, spacious and has a homey feel.

The beach is nearby, and there are tennis courts, table tennis, and billiard tables, so we had a great time.

The kitchen equipment is old and not functioning properly. The kitchen draw needs cleaning.We have to share parking in front of the house with the neighbors, but it’s a bit tight to park.

Accommodation was clan and comfortable, booked the wrong room but was changed with problems.
