Firstly the room was not clean properly, the towel was not good, the slippers were broken, no basic amenties since I am staying here for last 2-3 years but this time I was disappointed.
Very supportive hotel staff. Food quality of restaurant is good.Room are clean n with all basic amenities.One can also find hair dryer in washroom, that's not common but good to see that.Telivision, hot water supply, wifi....all basic amenities are there. I have asked restaurant to cut fruits for me n my mother ....they immediately responded positively. Value for money. Comfortable stay.
Only problem is hotel is situated in a narrow lane but not very far from main road. Restaurant is on 4th floor n my room was on 3rd floor..just underneath their kitchen...so bit noisy at night.
The property is at good location and comes with nice facility and rooms are although a bit small but overall it's great with cleaning and service.

when I saw the pictures and the reviews it looked very good, but when I got there it wasn't quite like that! I'm glad I only slept one night
cleaning! the bathroom was dirty and had a very strong smell of urine, the room had a strong smell, and the sheets were clearly not clean, because I saw the employee “cleaning” and he didn't change the sheets.
all amenities provided, everything clean and new. Excellent breakfast buffet, well worth paying a small amount extra for. very helpful staff.
