Hotel Pink Paradise(Gorakhpur, UP)

It was really clean and nice room.Friendly staff and good restaurant

Comfortable, clean, spacious rooms, great AC. A good-sized bathroom with hot water. Excellent receptionist, very friendly. He helped us our with ordering tuk tuks and booking our train tickets online. For that, a big thank you.The hotel is located next to a few good restaurants. They have their own right next door, open all day where they make an excellent home brewed coffee. Room service is also available. There's an elevator, too. The pictures match the reality.

The walls could do with a lick of paint, and a small towel on the bath mat would be a plus. For those who are unaware of the traffic chaos in Asia, constant hooting outside your windows may keep you awake. It will stop very late at night, but light sleepers may want to use earbuds or something to block the noise. We're used to it, so we sleep through it.

The staff was very cooperative Helped in parking my vehicle

The hotel prohibits consumption of liquor on the premises. This is however no where mentioned on their web page. They should highlight this clause very clearly in their booking clauses to avoid any last minute surprises or change of plans owing to such restrictions

Off a main street thus quiet, with separate entrance from reception desk. Reasonably big rooms with aircon.

clean

near by no food or Tea

Big room. Clean room and washroom. Clean bedsheets and towels. Good AC. Helpful staff.

Staff were nice and helpful.

The air conditioning sounded like a helicopter going overhead and prevented a good night of sleep, hot water and TV didn't work and the loo roll had about 3 pieces left on it, bathroom not really cleaned and someone's flipflops left on the bathmat. As we paid above average for the area we were pretty disappointed.

Reception helped up get food when we arrived late. Room was a decent size and clean. Good shower. We left at 6am so didn't see the area or anything else

Good location, large rooms, clean linens, geysers in the washroom.. Good thing is Zomato delivers ordered food in the room. Overall pleasant stay.

The only issue was that the hotel does not have an in house kitchen even for hot / cold beverages and snacks.

Quick stop before crossing to Nepal.Very spacious and comfortable room and hot water! Also pretty clean.

Clean by Indian standards, okay food, but a little too far from everything

There was no hot water in the shower, so we had to shower the Indian way. The pictures showed a swimming pool, but it was under maintenance.

Clean room, smooth check-in. Basic facilities, but well-maintained. Balcony can fit one chair for tobacco-lovers. Staff is courteous and helpful, but there are limitations.

No toaster, kettle, teabags, creamer, sugar in the room when we checked in after sunset. Did not ask for them. Access to car parking was blocked by bovine intruder, so had to park car in the driveway that opens on to a narrow street.

Room was clean and spacious Facilities were good

Staff were unfriendly when we arrived. One showed us to the room opened the door threw the key on the table and slammed the door behind him. The bed had an extremely thick duvet blanket

Location is near to Railway station. Rooms are spacious. Very neat and clean. Management team is very cordial.

Rooms should have tea/coffee maker

New hotel, so good maintenance

Food is very expensive

Very comfortable and clean. Not a bad price. Good value and tasty food. Extremely helpful staff.

This place has a good balance price/qualityIt is clean, room are well equipped, AC is working fine, people working there are ok.Some rooms on the back side are more far from the noice of the street.

Beds still have their plastic around the matelas ...

Charged excess ₹777.60 as commission charges in addition to booked price including all taxes ₹5180 which is not desirable.

Only one water bottle, one towel, one set of bath accessories in each rooms. No tea/coffee pouch & electric kettle had not been kept in rooms as well.

The hotel has a very good offer. It was adequate for a short stay. Room and bathroom are clean. It's in a not so touristy area. You can get everywhere by taxi or tuk-tuk. Staff are very friendly.

Outside of the hotel area is a little crowded and dirty. But for the price acceptable.

hotel staff, hotel, hotel facility

Hotel restaurant is not working properly and does not deliver the order after taking the order.
