Cervantes Pinnacles Motel

The rooms were immaculately clean, but the fittings were showing age. Location, meals, service staff all excellent.

Being really picky the shower head was old and corroded. Hard to get a good shower.

Easy friendly check in. Parking right outside the door, close to amenities. Very comfortable bed. Had everything we needed.

TV remote was not able to change channels from more than a metre away. may need new batteries.

The room could use some updates. Plus lots of spider webs on the ceiling and grungy looking bathroom. Still a good spot but could definitely be improved with some quick tweaks like even just some light dusting.

Location to where we wanted be, located centre of town. Reasonable price, quiet place

Reasonable motel, good to stay for a night or two. Kitchen and bathrooms a bit dated but well equipped. Good sleeping base for a trip to Pinnacles Dessert.

I travelled with my spouse and parents, we stayed in Family Suite. Before booking I called the motel to ask if each bedroom in the suite has a separate door and if bathroom is accessed via one of the rooms as neither description or the pictures showed that. I explained that we are 4 adults and can't have that room if we will need to access bathroom via one of the bedrooms. I was reassured that the bedrooms are separate and you access the bathroom from the corridor. When we arrived it turned out that not only the bathroom but also the kitchen and dining area are all accessed via one of the bedrooms. I sent and email complaining about the situation and explaining how I would have booked a different type of room if I was given a correct information. They were not interested in the issue and reply email was not even signed. A bit disappointing service for Australian standards I must say...

shower a bit weak, the combi oven/stove top was sitting on top of the kitchen bench making the stove top too hard to reach. Kettle was broken, need to ask for a replacement.

Bed was comfortable. Pool was nice.

Cooking facilities were unsafe!! Shower had no pressure, ranch slider was a struggle, TV too complicated.

Bathroom and family suites smelt and are tired in need of update , some mould on the ceiling in the bathroom

Location, walking distance to most restaurants, close to the Pinnacles Desert.

Lots of bugs because of light above each unit and no fly screen door

Big room, wide space. Very convenient to park, open door is our own car. Close to beautiful places.

Clean and comfortable room. Kitchen a bit dated but had everything you needed. Staff were helpful when we realised our ground floor window wouldn't lock and arranged for us to move rooms quickly.

Rooms a little dated but it didn't affect the comfort. Not many options in Cervantes so you pay quite a lot for what you get.

We only stayed one night. Room was excellent, could have done with a bedside lamp on both sides.

Standard sort of Motel - Had all we needed - Carpets are a little tired but clean

Basic accommodation for visiting the Pinnacles, had what we needed for one night. Clean room but all a bit dated. Family of four.Kids used the pool, nice and refreshing but we needed to self clean with the net, no staff visible.

Air con unit is in the kitchen lounge so difficult to get the bedrooms cool, just fans. A bit noisy with cars early morning and hot water system in roof clunking through the night.

I wanted somewhere near The Pinnacles that was comfortable and reasonably priced. The room was a good size and the bed very comfortable.Recommended
