Location and food.

There was no wellness centre activated, no bar lounge , no wifi.

Food was good at the Restaurant. The Staff were courteous and helpful. The Service was fast.

Poor facilities,no cleanliness or maintenance.AC was not there in most of places,lift has no air fan which was really suffocating

Rajasthani folk singer at the gate..pleasant welcome smile, good n buland voice...all the staff had a pleasant smile and prompt service.

Suggestion: A pavement in the front lawns would save the grass from trampling and convenient for leisure walks after dinner or for morning walks.

Property is good in terms of safety and comfort. The kids section was not maintained and did not have the stuff for the kids to play

The facilities mentioned in the booking form were not provided. I faced a LOT of issues with the Wifi on forst day itself. Raised a Complaint related to same for ATLEAST 5 times. The issue still persisted to some extent.

Smiling and helping staff. Clean areas. Delicious food. Good use of Space and facilities. Well managed and Soundproof rooms with good space.

Location was on the road so it could be good for some as easily accessed but I would like to see more green from my room window than traffic. The time when the night temperature is 12 degrees, they were not ready with the heating options.

The room was good and spacious.

1. The staff did not listen, everything has to be asked for 3-4 times.2. The food was pathetic and so overpriced.3. The pool was not clean, it was all pigeon shit there in and around the pool.

Good Food, Clean Rooms

Tata Sky was having very very limited channel's, but most importantly Hungama, & TV wasn't available. These 2 are really required for the Family members. Child can't be controlled without Shinchan.

The rooms, food service and amenities in the room were very well

TV should have a casting option as the set top box didn't have much of channels worth watching. Plus the internet was very weak and kept on getting disconnected

the entertainment zone, golf simulator, especially the pool tables having cloth which is completely worn out and stitched at some places , is something they can improve upon. swimming pool side area was having pigeons and dead birds, etc. which was clearly not a good scene to witness on a vacation.

OUT OF ENTIRE LIST OF ASPECTS, ONLY Hotel dining was fine. Mr. Naveen and Mr. Badal, two young lads with mustaches, were most courteous and true to their duties. Room in itself was fine. House/Room keeping staff was also fine. View from room was also alright. Duty Manager Mr. Subhash attempted to handle the mess, but how much can a single person do. There are major downsides of my stay, which are written in disliked portion.

BEFORE ARRIVAL: Reception staff isn't educated or trained properly. It took them two hours to confirm if my booking had breakfast+dinner combo, whereas the same was clearly visible on Booking.com. Finally, one well-read lady Ms. Jaya from reception confirmed the same. However, 2hours absolutely wasted by then.ABOUT ARRIVAL: Thereafter, upon my arrival at property, Valet people neither opened my car door nor showed any courtesy that a customer arrived. Rather, gave me instructions that I should not park here, even if for one minute, and took my keys while I went for check-in formalities. Once I returned, forced me to park my vehicle in place of another already parked vehicle, and then asked me to park at "SOME OTHER PLACE". I reported the same to Manager but WHAT A WASTE. Same thing repeats for next three days. Ego problem? No, behavioral problem!ABOUT THE FACILITY: Room allotted was fine. Electricity keeps going, at least 10 times in evening, because of which AIR CONDITIONER has to be turned ON MANUALLY every single time. Further, to my surprise, 90% of the facility was vacant!ABOUT STAFF: Staff isn't true to their duties. Facility has swimming pool, pub, gaming room, Poolside Cafe, billiards room, Board room, conference hall and a few Halls. B/w 6:30PM-7:00PM, I saw 0 units of staff in Gaming area, 0 units of staff in Board room, 0 units of staff in Conference hall, 0 units of staff in Spa & Gym area, LOCKED POOLSIDE CAFE, 0 units of staff in swimming pool area, not even a Life guard at the pool, WHEREAS all such recreational areas were officially functional till 7:30PM and pool till 8PM. And the pool was dirty, in the sense, mosquitoes and flies, flowers, pigeon feathers in the pool! At 7:00PM, I saw absolutely no staff at 1st and 2nd floors, making me anxious that serious crimes are committed here! Despite reporting the same to reception, no directions issued to concerned staff.

food was pathetic full of chillies. ordering anything took more than 45 minutes all above who took the order actually forgot to order the kitchen imagine. twice we changed our dishes ot was full of chillies . kindly change your chef he is thebworsr chef you people have.

Lady Staff at the front desk in the afternoon I checked in was not at all professional towards attending guests doing multiple things while attending me later on myself thought to sit for some time for check in told her iam in lobby but she vanished iam from hospitality industry for last 26 years and that too from Front desk never seen a staff like that help this review will motivate her.

Choice of food was good. Offered variety of breakfast items, but service speed to be improved. Waiting time for serving an item was a reason to be thought of.

Toilet faucet was not working properly. Very annoying using very little water after using the toilet. Bed mattress was creating too much crackling sound from the old springs.

It was wonderful experience for short stay in HotelBreakfast was quite nice , only suggestion is to add some non-veg dishes also.

Bit attention should be given on Cleanness and hygine also

The property was ok.Nice rooms and location is ok too.

Buffer spread was poor in both dinner , lunch breakfast and staff was not helpful also and price was high.From luggage carring you are own your own.

Value for money for a night spent on the highway while travelling. They packed a breakfast for us as we were checking out at 4 am...

The bathroom was clean but had a slight bad smell coming from the drainages...

Food not up to the mark.People will expect more from Ramada.It didn't meet our expectations. It's just ok.Breakfast Poha can be improved. And can give some more options in breakfast.And also add some sweet dish

Staff behaviour , diner , poor logistics even normalWater was not available , I had to bath with hot water in summer . At night 12:00 hrs there was high music couldn’t sleep
