The cleanliness and arrangement.

The bathroom was a little stuffy, possibly due to a malfunction in the exhaust system. In Indian setting we tend to refill bottles, so the arrangement of RO-supply in every floor could be useful.

Property location, food quality

Air conditioning was problem, toilet flush not functioning well, Swimming pool was dirty with flies.

Room have very bad smell under the bedsheet mattress. Have the very funny smell.Staff was not friendly. They don’t want the credit card asking, phonePe or cash, too much time waste after they take the credit card.

I landed at Days Hotel as second option but the check in, flexibility, quality of food in the restaurant and specially the staff was really excellent. Now on, it will be my first choice for Neemrana.

All was well, nothing to put here.

Kitchen facilities was not working

The staffs were helpful.The location was nice, easy to find.The hotel has a playground and pool. Enjoyed the stay over there.The food was good.

The hotel staff was very good and helpful. Rooms ver clean and very spacious.

AC temperature control unit wasn't working in one of the rooms but it was just about manageable. The hotel though offered to relocate us to another room the next day but we chose to stay put.Breakfast and dinner buffet could have a little more options, especially for non-vegetarian options.Few more entertaining options for kids and children in the play area.Swimming pool didn't had any fresh towels and inspite of requesting a few times, the fres ones didn't arrive.

The hotel staff is really bad and the facilities are extremely poor. The swimming pool was not stinking like sewage and the gym and play area was not even operational. The room and bed were in such a bad position. I was feeling like I should have taken a 500 rs hotel, that would have been much better.

Location, indoor pool and food.

The music show in the entrance was unexpected.

Toilet, bathtub, chairs were dirty. There was a party in another room that continued until midnight, people were screaming…

Everything was good from the comfort stay , food and facilities offered

Food and location was above average. Staff was cooperative and polite

Hotel was under renovation. Reception, gym, recreational area, Sona, jacuzzi etc. everything was in a mess. Even outside green area was also not approachable as they had spread manure for grass. So much of noise of renovation. If we would have know earlier about it we would surely NOT booked this hotel....

Only picked Hotel because of close proximity to customer meeting and because brand hotel was booked out.It’s OK for normal short stays but not recommend for business travel.

Ongoing construction work that was not mentioned. Room smelled like a mixture of paint and mold. Air conditioning could not be adjusted.Internet strength very weak and slow.

Breakfast was good and location is approachable right on the highway.

Service is very bad as we have experienced significant delays which was not anticipated.

The bathroom taps were leaking.There was a bathtub in the bathroom from which water leaked to the entire bathroom and then into the room.No mats were laid outside the wet area of the bathroom...as such the entire bathroom was overflowing and stinking.Could not access hot water.Kettle given in the room was not working.Some of plug points did not work.The worst was the key card they provided.It would never let us open the door in the first go... second go or even in the third go.A different level of expertise was required to use that card...by twisting the card and by pulling the door tight.And when we tried to put that card in its holder..the entire holder came down the wall.The buffet was also not that good...or average.Dont go with much expectation.When we reached it was lunch time and when we asked the receptionist whether it was buffet,he replied "No",whereas it was.The spa and swimming pool area dint look hygienic enough.Overall it was such a bad but for such high price.

1-Location; good approach, right on the highway.2-Building & rooms.3-Underground parking4-Restaurant.

1-Garden expansion needs to be expedited.2-Clutter should be removed from underground parking.3-Restaurant waiters need better personal grooming & training.

Bad value for money because of Booking aap

Very expensive on the Booking.. Misguided by lunch included while booking but was not available at the hotel.
