HUGE family unit with outdoor dining and fully equipped kitchen. Lovely, friendly hosts. Very handy to beach! Highly recommend.

So close to the beach, spacious room, family suite good set up, able to cook basic meals . Laundry on site

Some of the single beds & fold out beds were in the lounge, the entry door was blurrred glass, so it was very light, and the car park was right outside, so car headlights & noise. A curtain or blind on the door would have made a big difference.

We did not like anything to do with the property, location was near the beach, staff member was accommodating

Cleanliness, couch and chair stained, old popcorn ceiling on top of the beds, hair in corners of bathroom, rooms oldand dated. Moved to a different room late in evening and then cut our stay short

Tv had sky tv kitchen well-equipped but no milk for hot drinks,

Bathroom was old and in bad shape, dirty under the bed had someone else's old food. Smelt like dog a lot

The friendly gentlemen filling in for the owners at Check In made for a delightful welcome. The room was HUGE. More like a studio apartment than a "double room" also had absolutely every kitchen appliance you could think off. The kitchen was like the Tardis for that matter! It's good to know for next time that I can actually make a meal in the room. Onsite parking is great, 2 min walk to beach from the back end of the property.

Maybe the room wasn't used for a while - there were a lot of (thankfully mostly dead) insects in the bathroom sink.

Plenty of space, could sit out on the balcony. Good amount of pots etc. Bed comfortable.Plenty of space in the wardrobe.

I would have liked to have cooked eggs etc. Only microwave & electric frying pan. It would have been good to have a stove with two rings.

Great location and the receptionist was friendly and unfortunately that’s about it. Cleaners definitely need to go to Specsavers. Not very clean, especially the bathroom, marks on the wall, hair on the floor, lots of spiders and just really run down. Luckily for us we only slept there and the bed was clean and comfortable, pity about the rest! Could do with a massive clean and a face lift and it would be 10/10.

Great location, quiet and reasonable rates. Allowed us to bring our rabbit which was a bonus. Friendly staff

Clean and tidy, spacious

I got an electric shock off the right hand plug on the stove, it was the switch, you need to check it out, it might be shorting out. I would still stay again, its just maintenance that perhaps got overlooked, or noone has reported.

My room was fabulous. The bed was very comfortable and all amenities very clean. Access to and from my car was very easy. The locality makes it easy to go to the beach. The staff was very friendly. The energy of the place was very uplifting. I will stay here in the future when passing through.

location was great for the event we went too. just around the corner and easy to get to and from. the staff were great as well. very helpful.

Exceptional customer service! We were checked in by a lovely gentleman, very friendly, welcoming and accommodating.Our room was clean and comfortable for our overnight trip. The perk was having a spa bath ☺️I also liked that our parking space was pretty much outside the door, handy for unpacking and packing the car.
