Bed and lighting

Cracked cups, more towels needed, hot pool not working, no coffee or milk provided

The pool

Room was dirty, vanity drawer was broken, fell out and injured my arm. Bed linen was dirty. Insufficient supplies in room. Parking was inadequate.

Close proximity to public hot pools, the hot spa and option of third bed

There was no local information available and staff had poor English

Run down, room was leaking, stains on carpet and mould on curtains

Comfortable bed, cooking facilities

No instruction manual about pool hours, how to use remote, local food options. TV was down and pool was not as hot as we expected.

A well laid out complex and rooms. Self filling spa was nice. Comfortable bed. The rooms are in need of an interior revamp.

My thoughts on walking into the room. (Paru) Walls scuffed walls, mouldy curtain, burn marks in the carpet. Holes in bed linen. Headboard stunk. Bathroom vanity needs replacing. No milk. Dirty empty milk bottle in fridge. No toiletries. No towel rail.

Clean and tidy. Spa was perfect. And reception lady was warm and welcoming. Definitely would go back

Room for improvement

There was pet fur on the floor in the corners of the room, the bathroom fixtures were broken including the toilet flush button. There were also lots of extra people there, that weren't staying having a party the night we were staying so I couldn't get my baby to sleep. We didn't use the pool because it was full of these people that weren't guests.

I love the cleanliness of the place and the friendly staff

The rangehood didn't work the fridge stopped working, in mu room in the other room the pull out bed had a missing spring my friend had sleep on mattress in floor.also staff or guest sitting in the court yard near the pool smoking which is really not a good look and with kids around also my bathroom had no towel rail

Room was clean and tidy but Tired looking,, light bulbs missing, sellotape used to fix things, pillows not comfy, very limited cutlery, carpark full and hard to park car in the complex carpark.

On arrival reception was unoccupied, however managers arrived within minutes to check us in.They attended to our needs upon request. Friendly and supportive staff throughout our 3 day stay. Arrival to our room, there was a folder with all instructions on how to use the outdoor spa, guest information and local eateries etc. Clean, tidy good size room with necessities. Comfy bed, clean bedding, towels etc. Spa bath inside was very large with shower. A bonus was the bodywash TOI attached to the wall. Cleaner placed clean towels, face cloths and toilet paper outside our room each morning. High light was the outside (private) spa you could refill with geothermal water. Such a treat watching the stars in the evening or sunrise in the morning. Private enough from above balconies and neighbors. Table and chairs outside under roof for coverage when it rained. Good kitchen size with essentials. We had caramel latte in our room. A whanau feel complex, other visitors and locals very friendly. Beautiful gardens and well cared for. Safe car park. A small rural beautiful community with friendly people and a sense of kindness. A short walk 100 - 200 meters to the four square for shopping and further necessities etc. Great fresh salads, meat etc and a great range (well stocked) products. A further 100 meters to Parakai Springs, and playground. An added bonus was another short walk to local bar Black Pete's Bar and Grill with good priced hot meals and friendly hosts. A short drive to Hellensville for further cafes and Countdown shopping centers. We had such a great experience that we will be back with our children and family. It is located at a busy intersection so now and then it can be noisy with traffic and construction. You can hears upstairs, walking around apartment above, plus kids skating and running about. However it is quiet between sleeping hours of 9pm - 7am ish. Nothing the outdoor spa cannot soak away. Such a great place to relax.

First room wasn’t cleaned good, but were quick to give us another so made up for it

The house keeper was a friendly, lovely lady.

The room was in bad shape, needs lots of TLC.They didn't reed the booking requirements, the bedding was stained, the bathroom was dirty and had hair in it.The pool was being used at 2am by noise people. The check in lady was rude and not welcoming.

The spa,the room,the place and the water was so warm and the shower was sooo good

Just the shower products needed to be replaced like the shampoo,conditioner and body wash

Pool was amazing

Not a lot of utensils we had booked for us and daughter lucky daughter didn’t come in end there was only one bed and one teaspoon and only cups and knives and forks for two.

We did not have breakfast. The spa was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful

The room smelt of cigarette smoke.BYO or licensed restaurants are not plentiful within a short driving distance. Hellensville has an Indian that is licensed but the Thai is not.

Good location, clean and bed was very comfortable. Loved the spa and spa bath.

Was a bit noisy with people walking around upstairs all hours of the night and early hours of the morning.

Staff were very friendly and obliging. The thermal pool and spa were a great way to relax and were clean and available all the time. Close to some convenience stores was helpful and also close to Helensville which provided a little more choice.

The bed was so uncomfortable. I don't know why - whether it was the very soft mattress or the pillows.

Ran out of Toilet paper .no big plates platter or cutting board for our cheese board...a must with our wine...otherwise all else was good sister and I enjoyed our family catchup...

The room was clean. Spa bath was fantasic.

Unfortunately there was no hot water by morning. Woke in the middle of the night to go to the toilet and found myself walking in water on the bathroom floor. Unfortunately the tenant below was extremely noisy throughout the night. There were no towels etc in the room upon arrival, staff member had to bring some up to us. No towel rails.
