Great location, friendly and helpful staff

Refurb needed in the hallways and need to do basic tasks such as weeding on patios, water blast stairs etc. Others have said this earlier.

Location was good

Room was tired and not clean

NIce person who checked us in...and very close to beach and fish and chip shops.

Nothing...it was a perfect stay for one night.

Location good, very close to the beach, but walking distance to the town centre,It was very clean..the shower was very good, large bathroom..

The unit is too small for two people, there was nowhere to put your case, the inside chairs were extremely hard to sit on. Very sparsely equipped…The outside chairs where extremely rickety so didn’t give much confidence sitting on them…

The location was good for us and close to the beach.

The room had a damp musty smell which wasn’t pleasant. It looked clean but definitely needed to be refurbished.

The location was great, nice and close to town and the beach. Was also easy to find. Parking was good with enough space.

The bathroom completely flooded when you used the shower, it was a disability friendly room which is ok, but it was extremely slippery after the shower water reached the toilet and sink. A squeegee was supplied to push the water back so obviously aware of the problem. The light from a bulb right in front of a window was on all night and it was right above the bed was very annoying. Over all the cost for the room was over what you would expect for the state of it.

Great location and easy check in/ out

The facilities are very dated, the carpet looked like it needed replacing 5 years ago. There were flies in the room.

Needs some updating just pant really, bathrooms could do with some attention aswell.

That it was close to the beach and town centre. The bed was comfortable aswel.

I didnt like the fact I saw a cockroach on top ceiling and that the spa bath wasn't really clean. Part from that everything else was a winner. 4

Closeness to the beach, close to eateries

Noise within the building, slamming doors at night. Couch bed for kids incredibly squeaky everytime someone moves, when sleeping on it the foot end lifted off the ground and was unsafe. Very tired, new carpet and paint needed.

Handy location to a locally invited party made it so easy to walk to . Last minute booking 11pm and it was easy given a room code and let ourselfs in

Ants in the kitchenette area , very noisy extraction fan in the bathroom, having to climb in and out of the spa bath to take a shower, walking up a very large set of stairs with luggage to the first floor room. Building and facilities very dated and expensive for what’s offered

Liked how you had option to use code instead of key for the room. Also good location for walks along beach front.

Whilst the rooms were clean, the carpets could do with a bit of a deep clean/upgrade.

Won't be back

The room was situated at the back no view, untidy grounds. Down a dark passage. Disappointed with the location of the room, not what expecting, for $200 a night. Would have liked an Outlook considering it was by the beach!

Property is well positioned right by the beach and a short walk to the shops and restaurants.

Place is tired and in need of a refurb. The room wasn't overly clean.
