Clean and good location

Great spot, just a short walk to the dining district. Room was spacious and well designed with a small kitchenette if you want to eat in your room. Bed was comfortable, bathroom spacious and balcony had a great view of the park across the road and glimpses of the beach. Staff were easy to communicate with too.

Rooms were lovely. Overall size was great. Bed comfy and shower amazing. Staff were really great at sorting an issue with the room when we arrived. Would stay again.

Friendly staff, clean and well presented property. Overall had a great, comfortable stay for 1 night. Nice big TV. Big bed.

Only down sides being the shower having only a curtain instead of being enclosed. Gets the bathroom pretty wet. Price was pretty steep too, not sure if that was surge pricing for a long weekend? At this price point I'd expect an enclosed shower and maybe a nicer roof. That might be being pendantic though.

Comfy bed with crisp white sheets, location close to beach and main centre. Cleanliness. Easy 'contactless checkin' The main room was larger than we thought and very spacious. Home from home feeling. Next time we travel down from Northland for a family gathering on the Shore, we will be back. Thank you to the team at Orewa Beachcomber.

perfect place to stay with beach across the road . Rooms are nice and clean

Comfortable stay. Welcoming host. Accordion clean and well equipped.

Nicely presented room, comfortable sofa and king size bed.

Beautifully decorated and spacious rooms. Didn't feel like a motel room at all. Bathroom is also big and beautiful. this property also has a great location - rich opposite the main beach and walking distance from shops and many restaurants/bars.

internet is a bit slow and that impacts on things like Netflix

Proximity to beach and cafes was great. Unit was clean and quiet. We were upstairs and the duty manager helped with suitcases on arrival and departure

Nothing bothered us but stairs might be difficult for some

Rooms are nicely decorated and there are plenty of extra. Really appreciated the bubble bath for the spa bath. Clean and very comfortable and very soundproof rooms considering it is on main road.

Neighbors cat on hit at night kept people awake.

Nice walking distance to Orewa. Very close to the surf club (good food) and the flags for swimming. Stylishly decorated.

Apartment was very good overall, great location & friendly staff. Nice size bedrooms & lovely bathroom.

One bedroom only has a skylight in the ceiling providing natural light & this was covered by a Venetian blind so daylight came into the room from a very early hour.

Hi location and room nicely layed out with separate bedroom anx large bathroom.

Kitchen utensils and cooking equipment could do with expanding as tricky to use microwave with no microwave dishes and things like colendar,sieve etc would make srlf catering easier. No were to store food and a poor fridge did not help.
