Location fine for our needs.

No meal or restaurant facility and missing crockery for tea and coffee.

Studio Room had no window other than a frosted entry door window

Did not have breakfast

Guest close to us kept slamming the doors going in/out at least every 15min and we were close to the function area at which a party was held and this went on to early hours of the morning. Guests not attending party should be put furthest from the function areaSo not much peace and quiet was enjoyed

it was so peaceful and quiet..outlook was beautiful. We could sit outside on outdoor furniture and watchthe golfers go by. Breakfast was delicious we had plenty to choose from.

The only thing was the shower...it was a bit old compared to the rest of the room and the vanity was only a basin it could have been bigger.

Only stayed for 1 night. Very clean room and bathroom.Bed soft and comfortable.

Clean, nice revamp&soundproofing. It has a good shower,easy to use tv, good value for money &loved the bush surrounding the grounds. You wouldn't know your near the motorway.

Staff were great and accommodating. The view was nice and the breakfast in the cafe there was lovely, despite the negatives listed below. The room was clean and tidy. Sadly I think due to the smell of damp/mildew and the dehumidifier let it down and the cost was over priced due to this.

The room we stayed in smelt damp and mildewy. It was hard to sleep being that strong of a smell and all the smell nice ya they had around to help it not smell so bad did nothing. They had a dehumidifier on the whole time we were there and was full of water in the morning. The shower door wasn't closing properly and leaked water everywhere so all towels were used to soak up puddles and used up to dry the floor. If these we not a problem the stay would have been very pleasant.

Lovely location and grounds. It is handy to shopping, cafes and Orewa Beach. We were not there to play golf but it is a lovely venue for players. We look forward to staying again and highly recommend it.

The rain was heavy when we arrived, which was unfortunate, as the car Parking is a short distance from our accomodation. However we were supplied with a large umbrella, when we booked it. Checking in and out online minimised contact with the staff but did make it quicker.

The area was nice but the restaurant was not open

They told me that I can have a room with a bath and then they said that there wasn't any available the night before kind of disappointing as I paid for one

Rooms posh, clean and spacious. Had a recycle bin in room.

Not really in 'Orewa' and had to drive back for dinner due to restaurant at club not open. My room good, friend's though had security light outside going off every ten minutes keeping her awake. Staff barely in office and hard to get hold of for check in.

I love the fact that you are surrounded by bush around the property &they have a great bird life&I even saw a little brown gecko so cool to see great wildlife so close. Great sleep good shower&staff were really good. Thanks ❤️

The breakfast was absolutely brilliant couldn’t ask for a bit of breakfast and the staff were absolutely amazing.

The milk and the mini fridge could be real milk even if it was just a little bit of a jag

A beautifully landscaped well maintained property nestled in a quiet area. The room was very clean and comfortable. The representative on duty carried my bags from the car to the room. Restaurant and bar on property serve breakfast and lunch for guests and golfers. A very convenient and inexpensive stay 30-minutes from downtown Auckland. Will recommend to my kiwi family.

My single room was clean, comfortable, and incredibly quiet—ideal for a restful night’s sleep.​The location offers the best of both worlds: complete rural serenity, yet only 15 minutes from Orewa. It was easy to enjoy the beach and the local dining scene before retreating back to the peace of the resort.

The park is small and people were friendly.

The walls are paper thin, I could hear what the neighbors through the wall were saying. The other neighbor was allowed to smoke right at the front door where were the tables and chairs for each studio rooms

Great staff very friendly. Check in was easy. Had a great view of the golf course from our room. Very clean and tidy. Had everything we needed.

Nice peaceful location but close to highway so easy to get places. Large bathroom & comfy bed.

No dinner option on site, but plenty of places close by. Really noisy bathroom fan.
