Sun Valley Motel

Very nice host Easy to find Close to town center

All good

Close to shops cost

Were not sent thee Unit No when the unit No to get inWere the lights are + switches

Easy to access and convenient just off highway 1. Quiet. No staff on site but were responsive to emails.

So damp and musty we left after one night. Bathroom and kitchen tatty with old fixtures. Not very clean.

While driving through the storm we realised how unsafe it would be to drive and called as we were approaching Wellsford, Such lovely and hospitable managers! We truly appreciate you and the extra care provided at such short notice. Thank you so much!

Self-service check-in, clean room, working aircon, what's not to like!

Quiet, comfortable, warm, handy to the places I had to visit.

all good

Disappointing Stay

Room was not totally clean. We had to wash utensils before use and the portable hob was filthy with food and grease. A cereal bowl had a hair in it. Bed mattress was way too soft so uncomfortable but this is personal preference some people probably like it soft. No staff at motel. Self check in worked very well once we figured out which was ours.

Location close to shops

When booked , with Booking.com, they seen us the door code ,but NOT the unit No?Need twice amount Milk capsulesThe outside light not working

Nice front parking lot and porches. Easy self check in/door access

No staff, no prompt reply to questions etc

Pleasant

I miss the days when you could check in with a human being. Not enough room for personal things in bathroom. No instructions on dealing with recycling and rubbish. Bathroom access through bedroom so that anyone from the other room has to disturb the person sleeping in order to get to the bathroom.

The unit was verry comfortable, Colleen went over and above for our needs with an early check in and late check out which we really appreciated; the little garden was a joy to relax in. Thank you Colleen for your hospitality.

- Easy self check-in and electronic door lock- Parking in front of unit- Quiet and convenient location in Wellsford- Clean and relatively spacious 2-bedroom unit- Good hot water pressure in shower

Minor quibbles only:- Beds were a little on the soft side- Only mini-toiletries supplied, best to BYO

Comfortable and clean. Had everything you needed. Super easy self check in.

No dislikes

Not far from the state highway, and you must do self-check-in. The room is big and comfortable.

I still like the traditional way to check in, haha

Location was great, price was great and easy to book online

Shower and fridge had an odd smell to it and A/C wasn't working

Quiet, comfortable, warm, handy to the places I had to visit.

all good

What breakfast? I didn't see any breakfast. Location perfectly good for what I was there for.

Prefer to have light switch within reach of the bed.

A clean convenient motel in an excellent location.

Quiet & clean Easy access

Its is very quiet and clean.

I was a little disappointed as there was no soap to wash your hands with.
