Nice view of the sea, seating area outside. Very near wharf to go on boat trip to Davenport and other islands. Very nice host, comfy bed, nice fresh milk, had a hotplate so more choice of cooking. Countdown supermarket in walking distance

exceeded our expectations we will come for a holiday next time spend more time in this beautiful place we call our backyard

John from Ala Moana was great even helped with the charging of our EV onsite.

Perfect location to use as a base for day trips and to explore. Close to restaurants, bars, shopping, chemist and ferry to Russell. Lovely outlook across to the beach.

The bar next door can get a bit noisy at night.

Walking distance to a miriad of restaurants and bars is wonderful.Went to Typsy Oyster for dinner. Food and music were excellent and is right next door to motel so no driving involvedWonderful beds and pillows

Chairs were too low to be able to eat and to be comfortable. Perhaps cushions being added to raise seated height for comfort and ability to eat would help

Right next to everything, shops, restaurants and the ferry. Super nice host helped get us tickets for 10% off on “The hole in the Rock”excursion. The place was a little dated but very comfy with soft beds. The price was good so it was a good value. I stayed end of April so the prices were better than summertime. I would stay there again.

A great location in the heart of Paihia, and from our family room at the top of the drive we had a fantastic sea view. The room had everything we needed. John, the host was super helpful and friendly. We will stay again.

Although it's an older place, it's in great shape and obviously well cared for. The room was very clean and well-appointed. Great location with a beautiful view of the bay. All amenities just minutes away. The bed was really comfy. John, the host, was friendly and full of fabulous tips about the area.

Great location, comfortable bed, knowledgeable host, and fantastic coastal town. Laundry facilities are available, close to local shops and restaurants, and a great oyster bar next door. Quiet in the evening. We really enjoyed staying here for 4 nights.

There's nothing we didn't like.
