Our two bedroom, two bathroom apartment was absolutely perfect for two couples as each had their own ensuite. It was equipped with everything we needed, was spotlessly clean and extremely well located within an easy 10 minute walk to the restaurants. Waking up to the beautiful waterfront view was awesome too.

Great location. Wonderful staff. Restaurant next door (Blue Door) was amazing!

No conditioner and not enough creamer. Those are minimal but only downsides.

The location is excellent. We opted for water views so it was even better. Dated but still fine.

Panel beaters dream. The drive out of the carpark is very tight. I paid a big price.

The location provides an open view of the Bay of Islands and the buildings, and the facilities are relatively new and well appointed like a proper resort. The apartment suite we occupied was spacious with large rooms (bedroom, living room, bathroom, closet & kitchen), and the rooms were very well equipped and clean. Plus, it had an in-suite washing machine and a dryer that were used by us with appreciation. Above all, Tina (the receptionist) was very friendly and helpful, who provided useful tips for sightseeing and graciously allowed us to leave our vehicle in the resort's garage for a few hours after our check-out.

The driveway into and especially that exiting from the underground garage are fairly narrow and you need be careful not hitting the side walls or the posts. However, this is a common issue in New Zealand for drivers used to driving and parking in Texas.

Great location on Paihia Beach and short walk to main wharf and charming village, restaurants, shopping and museum. One bedroom apartment with well equipped kitchen and washer/dryer.

We loved that we were directly across from the beach. Amazing views! The unit itself was very well equipped. Great beds and good cooking facilities. The underground car parking was safe and secure. We would definitely stay here again.

Car park would be a little tight on exit if you had a big car.

The flat was spacious, clean and very comfortable.

Dated and gloomy decor and tatty furniture

It was great. If you’re looking for a place with a spa, this only has a pool that isn’t heated. Would recommended during the hotter months (especially if wanting to utilise the pool). Comes with secured parking in basement with a lift up to the room. However, during our stay - we came back a bit late and the parking lane was blocked by a van. After calling after hours, they promptly got a hold of the night manager and had the van moved. So they were great regarding their communication. Lots of rules regarding cooking in the kitchen etc, and noise levels after a certain hour - if looking for somewhere to have a pre-party/pre-ball or anything like that - this probably isn’t the place.

The apartment was a great size. It was light and sunny and lovely and clean.

So well situated! Lovely room’ Great kitchen. Very helpful staff.

Good facilities, very clean and tidy, kitchen was stocked with everything we wanted and plenty of cutlery. Pool was great, not heated but that didn’t stop us from swimming every day! Just across the road to the beach and playground. Rooms accessible with elevators from the basement carpark. We stayed here mid march, but would love to come back over summer. Cleaners were warm and friendly- great to talk to for a laugh!

Hard to find fault with a place this good. I think one of the chair legs buckled, but that’s just regular wear/tear and easily replaceable.
