The staff were extremely helpful but the location was rather further from the beachfront than I had expected from booking.

See above and the design was a little different.

Overall great location. Everything is within walking distance in terms of convenient store, the beach, township. Clean property.

Everything + the manager - welcoming, friendly, made useful suggestions, local knowledge and of history of the area - we had a good two way conversation.

Regular visitors that always enjoy staying. Handy for everything and location great for walking about but far enough away from main road traffic.

Was no milk, and was told that there was no TV, but they fixed it

Good downtown location. Able to walk to most places we wanted to go.

The shower does not adjust well. It needs to be fixed. It is either boiling hot or very cold and is not able to be adjusted.

Bad

Mould on the ceilings, curtains dirty, holes in the netting. Curtains hanging off the tracks. Would not recommend it to anyone .

Location was ok just a short walk to town

The noise from people who stay there the sheets had pen marks on it an the carpet smells of urine the shower head was blocked

The staff were friendly

The shower was awful. Old and mouldy.

Was very tidy and comfortable the seating area accommodated for all of us, beds and pillows were very comfortable. Cleaning was mostly good, apart from the door frames had some collected dust but didn't affect our use. Very happy, loved having our own private deck area also

Clean and comfortable.

We didn’t like the fact we were expected to do dishes but in the bathroom sink. That’s actually repulsive. In the sunny north each room does really need air conditioning.

We always enjoy staying here at the Dolphin, the new section of the motel is beautiful. Can't wait to see what it looks like after the original side is revamped. Cheers guys

Room and bed were uncomfortable.

The room was well maintained and furnished. The beds were extremely comfortable.

There were tiny ants throughout the room.

The location is ideal - within easy walking distance to shops and ferry. The room was comfortable, quiet and well equipped, with laundry available.

Nothing to dislike.
