Location was great as we attended the jazz and blues fest at Paihia. Have stayed before and would stay again. Great hosts

Friedly staff that provided a friendly, clean environment.

No power sockets in the bathroom wasn't ideal but we managed and still LOVED our stay.

The Location was a short walk to shops and ferry terminal. The view was beautiful and facilities very good with access to laundry a big plus. The unit was clean and well equipped. We highly recommended Bayview Motel in Paihia.

A bit of traffic noise but not enough to be a problem

I found the location excellent and easy for walking to cafes and ferry and town centre

Fantastic location, clean and comfortable. Huge room with a great view. Quiet. Bed was a bit soft for our liking but otherwise we loved staying here! The only thing I would recommend is changing from the little plastic soap and shampoo/conditioner packets to something more environmentally friendly.

The view was amazing. The room had everything we needed. Kitchen had all the things we needed to cook. The shower had good pressure. Our room was cleaned every day

The mattress was not the best

Superb location, very spacious rooms and good facility, accommodating staff re parking.

The only thing that could be improved perhaps was the comfort of the bed/mattress

Perfect location right next to food places and the pier. Lovely, spacious room with all desired amenities including hair dryer etc. Friendly and helpful hosts. Beautiful view.

Would be nice if the balcony was individual rather than shared however we had it to ourselves for all of our stay :)

Room was very well laid out, balcony with view was really nice. Everything spotlessly clean and, as usual, milk in the fridge and coffee provided, and lots of other room amenities. Bathroom spacious, shower good, towels and bedding really super quality. Owners were very kind and gave great suggestions. Parking was perfect and location to everything was excellent, e.g. grocery, restaurants, ferries, etc. Highly recommend!

This room would have been a perfect 10, but the mattress was way, way too soft and really needs replacing, and the balcony privacy could be improved, maybe even with a few plants or some small barrier.

Fabulous motel directly across from the bay. Close to the wharf and restaurants. The view was spectacular.

Need a light that is on at stairs. We had an early flight & almost fell on stairs in the complete dark.

Excellent location with unsurpassed views of the bay and within walking distance to everything.
