Did not get the bond back and was messy and had rubish left there from people before us yuck

Sitting outside the room on a warm evening. Quiet.

The outdated room facilities and furnishings, the broken and uncomfortable fold-out bed/couch, TV Frreeview didn't work and TV was only able to access music on internet (take your own subscriptions for other TV).

Location is the best.

Yes, oven was not cleaned properly. There is no air con. Taps were leaking and the exaust switch in the bathroom was damaged.

It was a cold night but our room was nice and warm. The price was great.

The door was very stuff and hard to lock, the curtains were a little bit shabby.

Large well appointed room stacked with accessories (microwave / toaster / cutterly / crockery / etc. Swimming pool, hot tub and laundromat were a welcome surprise. I was travelling with my adult daughter so the separate bedrooms were great.

Hotel entrance is right a bend and although speed limit is 50 kmph, I narrowly missed being cleaned up twice. You need to excercise extreme caution when entering and exiting the property. Toilet being in the bathroom was a bit of an inconvenience.

The apartment was spacious

Jug didn't work the cord was taped up with duck tape There was a hole in the floor in one of the rooms covered up with a board ( in the bedroom)

Having stayed here before the Motel is very tired now and in need of a do up

the beds were uncomfortable and no pride on the appearance ie the valance all caught up under the mattress

The owner was so lovely very accommodating ?

The couch was broken place was bit worn wasn’t the cleanest the dryer was broken clothes weren’t drying after we spend 10 dollars for a dollar dry spoke to the owner she said it was because the motel was right by the water and wouldn’t dry clearly the dryer was broken ?

the kids loved the pool

microwave didn't work, fridge wasn't cool and the freezer didn't freezevery hot through the night even with fans, aircon would have been better

The units were away from other customers

The pool was dirty and not usable, slim all over the bottom of the pool. Room keys were given to people who did not book the rooms. The rooms were not cleaned properly. The gardens were full of rubbish, the pictures do not match the quality of the place. The rooms need a lot of maintenance. There were not sufficient items in the kitchen to use the kitchen. There were no batteries in the remote for the TV. The roads have potholes

Room was extremely Big and super Clean. Warm bed, Complete Kitchen and walkable from Paihia Beach. Lovely property. Parking is also available. Swimming Pool is clean and big enough. Room had open space in front, which is exclusive and sort of private. Though our room was on the back side, there was not swimming pool view, but big trees across are compensating.

Only steep slope for climbing while going out for walk is tough.. rest everything just perfect.

We accidentally paywaved my payment, as my card was wonky and the kind man at reception gave me $3 in coin to cover it.

Host not very helpful as he didn't speak much English. Not well cleaned. A cooking pot had had something burnt hard in it and uncleanable. extremely odd crockery, glasses and no wine glasses. Poor selection of cutlery.beds were extremely uncomfortable with springs that stuck into you. sofas in lounge also had springs that stuck into you.Cold tap over kitchen sink needed a new washer as it dripped unless it was really , really tightly turned off.
