Clean, modern, comfortable and spacious rooms. But the staff were awesome too.

Everything, place was beautiful nice an peaceful, we enjoyed it that much we booked a extra night wich was super easy and stress free. Very clean place and grounds beautifuly presented and well kept motel, the staff were amazing and so was our host highly reccomend

Very friendly and helpful host who gave us lots of useful info about the area. Quiet part of town, but within a short walk to restaurants and eateries.

Nothing much. Except the walls of the rooms are a little thin, and we are within very close proximity to everybody else. Felt there was a lack of privacy, especially if the neighbors prefer to sit outside their rooms.

Immaculate and well-appointed. Had everything I needed. Even the kitchen has nice crockery. The room was really light and airy. Got upgraded to a room with a balcony. Staff were so nice and friendly and loved the complimentary coffee in the morning from the coffee cart.

Location.Nice and bright.

The only part about the stay was someone nearby was playing very loud music. Other than that, no complaints

The parking area could be better with an even surface.

I like how they offer free barista coffee in the morning from their food cart.

On check-in were given a free upgrade to a balcony room which had stunning views over the bay. The room was large, light and airy and was spotless. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and delivered complementary lattes to our room in the morning. A short stroll to the beach, restaurants and convenience stores.

I was offered a complimentary coffee from the food van but I declined

all as advertised and a free upgrade to a beautiful room is always a bonus, great view, quiet airco, clean and well ventilated room, very friendly staff.

a bit noisier than expected @ 6AM. 1 light in the shower was a bit average, but all minor things.

Angela and the staff were super friendly and helpful. As it happened to be a slower day, I got an upgrade on my room. Totally unexpected but much appreciated! The location of the Lodge was great and close to the ferries. Can highly recommend staying here!

A lovely property in a great location. Plenty of parking and very friendly staff.

Lovely spot central to all amenities and nice and quiet. Very friendly staff, and the room was very clean, comfortable and restful enjoyed my stay here. Would recommend this little haven.

We intended to stay 2 nights and it ended up as 4. Paihia was a really good base and the hotel was a real home from home. It was perfectly situated, just far enough away to be quiet, but close enough for us to walk to where we needed to be.
