We really enjoyed our stay here. Very comfortable and roomy, great location in Paihia. We had a lovely outlook over the bay and grass outside our living room so it was lovely.

Suite 10. Front row. Sea views. Waterfront views.

Tight parking.

Staff were friendly and accommodated my unusual check-in and check-out times. The room was tidy and well-appointed. The kitchen was sufficient to cook a quick meal. Location was fantastic. I have stayed here before and I will stay here again.

The only slight downside is that with the window/ranch slider open, you can get road noise, so you need to depend on the air conditioning in summer. But a small price to pay for such a great view and amazing location.

The location is excellent. Just 50 metres to the town centre, restaurants and the ferry to Russell. The rooms are generous, well set out and have everything you need plus we had lovely water views. I'd go back in a heartbeat.

Beautiful property in a great location.

Unfortunately you are on a busy highway and can be quite noisy.

Spotlessly clean. Comfortable spacious modern room. Everything we could have needed. Location awesome too. We had a balcony overlooking the bay which was lovely and was a very very short stroll to the ferry and main township.Staff we met all lovely and helpful.

The view from our room was great but noisy in the morning. Clean and very comfortable bed.

The furniture in the lounge was not comfortable.

1. Could not operate the TV in the bedroom. Sky remote only worked on the TV in the lounge.2. Bed was very uncomfortable. Well worn in, time for a new replacement.3. Pillows need to be replaced.4. Two single lounge seats are very uncomfortable.

Great views, steps away from the water and town centre.

Location great, so close to township, beaches, wharf area for trips and ferry to Russell.

Fabulous location, pleasant room. Very helpful staff, especially Annette at reception. I had a nice stay.

The living room and bedroom are not as luxe as they appear in the photos but are fine. This was the most expensive accommodation of my trip and the beds in all the other places were like clouds but this one was borderline uncomfortable. I had hip pain every night because of the bed but at least it wasn’t hard. Mattress toppers might help if they are not going to replace the beds.

Friendly staff, clean and tidy room with all the things you need and a great view too.

Given a choice of accommodation on arrival with no additional cost. Room had beautiful view across the Bay and it was in easy reach of numerous restaurants and takeaways

Nothing all was exceptional.

The view was fantastic. The location was perfect for walking to the restaurants and wharf and swimming beach.

Would have liked more comfortable outdoor furniture but not a deal breaker.

Superb location near the waterfront.we selected an upstairs apartment with a full sea view. The facilities were excellent and recently refurbished.The hosts were engaging and offered plenty of local knowledge.

The weather took a turn for the worse ?☹️

We booked a Deluxe Suite with Sea View - Water Front and the view over the water was spectacular. Lovely to be able to sit on the outside furniture and watch the boats & helicopters come and go. Staff were very helpful recommending restaurants for us to try.

Lovely rooms, well.laid out. We had a balcony overlooking the beach at the front and woke to an amazing sunrise. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The location is close to everything, but still quiet.
