Room needs renovation

Great location, nice pool and view.

Facility showing signs of age and a little run down. "king bed" is two single beds joined together making it impossible to sleep in the middle of the bed.

Stunning location, helpful staff, good quality à la carte breakfast.

Property is functional but is a bit tired and could use some maintenance. Hot tub closer to tepid than hot.

Nice big 2 bedroom unit. Comfortable beds. Accommodating staff.The spa pools and swimming pool were lovely.The view was awesome. It was a quiet location. Great for rest and relaxation.It was great to be able to get a massage while we were there.

The unit was a bit tired. They are in the process of doing them up.At the time the restaurant was being renovated so it wasn't available.

The elevator was scary. My husband almost got stuck. The restaurant was not open during our stay.Very few TV stations. The bathroom desperately needed an upgrade.

Pool facilities were so nice to utilize, even in winter. Delicious restaurant on site as well.

Would be great to add a gym if possible.

The hot plunge pools are lovely in the Fall. Just the right temperature. Walking distance to Pahia businesses and across the road is the beach. Reception desk staff polite and helpful.

Rooms are a bit dated, but still comfortable. Restaurant here is a bit overpriced, especially the entrees, but the food is good. I'd advise against the bread plate, however.

The location and parking available. Rooms decent size. Bed was comfortable. Staff always friendly and helpful.

Very bright lights outside the bedrooms on the third floor, blackout curtains would have helped. Unable to access streaming services on the TVs.

A beautiful view,the room was a great size and comfortable beds

The hotel was dated the reception area was not very welcoming.One of us wasn’t feeling well. We asked if we could have an early check-in. They said we could at $45 an hour. We thought they didn’t show any empathy towards us.

The man at reception was very helpful and found a solution to our problem, which cannot be taken for granted. In the evening, we were treated to a wonderful meal and drink by an Austrian chef, served by a very friendly waitress.

Found bath difficult to get in and out of, the paint work in bathroon and doors needed a touchup. the curtains where people had pulled them across were marked.

Rooms Looked great on website hence booked for 3 nights.Arrived and totally disappointed with our room. Looked very tired and needed uplift. Varnish on cabinetry in dire need of revamp esp bathroom. Shower over bath ..not good for older persons. Also shower water ran all the way along the bath surround molding around to the end of the bath on to the floor beside tired vanity.

The bathroom (wet room ) lacked anything to put toiletries so I moved an outdoor chair in to act as table . The restaurant looked lovely but the menu limited so we didn’t dine there. We had been to Charlottes Kitchen the previous night and menu was much the same.

The room and facilities were great but the food there was overpriced and of poor quality. The lamb was overcooked and dry, the cream brûlée was not edible and the cook breakfast was all deep fried, greasy and disgusting. There was only two spinach leaves on the plate and for a full breakfast I would have thought there would have been more on the plate. The place itself was nice so it is a shame it was let down by the terrible food.
