By the Bay Beachfront Apartments

The loacation is unique - right on a beautiful beach.

Great location right on the beach, the view is amazing. Rooms are clean and tidy. The owner is extremelt friendly and helpful. We were having bad experience of double-booking in Paihia at that time and this is the only available property nearby. Had to have extra long driving but everything here is beyond our expectations. Thanks for Danny saved my holiday trip.

The owner was very friendly and helpful. Great location right on the beach. The apartment is spacious and clean and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. A nice outside space to enjoy and the hot tub is a massive bonus.

We were told the floors are thin and any movement can be heard below. We have two young children so getting them to not run and jump and play etc is impossible. This created some stress having to tell them to stop constantly.

A friendly welcome and a stunning location. Enjoyed the spa with the beautiful view.

great to be able to wash clothes and cook dinner after a week of traveling! The size of the unit was perfect for two people.the view is amazing of the beach!

Fantastic having beach access to the beautiful Coopers Beach. The use of Kayaks, boogie boards and Spa pool. Plenty of room for our family of 9 in the 6-bedroom apartment.

Beautiful position on Coopers Beach

Little dated in decor and furnishing- but acceptable if not exceptional

Stunning location, we felt like we had the beach all to ourselves. The kids were very happy in the house. The owner was very friendly and we had a very comfortable stay. A highlight was listening to the sound of the waves every evening and morning, and stunning views from every room.

Would of liked change of towels and face cloths One small towel each was not enough for a 6foot plus man. Dont always want to use washing machines No shampoo conditioner or body wash in bathroom. Couldnt see any salt or pepper??? May have missed it.

Location to the beach as advertised. Friendly staff. Easy to find. Close to Mangonui.
