Acacia Lodge Motel

Beautiful location overlooking the water and tucked in a quiet road.

Bathroom and toilet was a bit dated

was in the back over looking the rear of the facility was adequate for what I needed

provided several bits of feedback direct to the site regarding maintenance and room prep and still waiting on a requested copy of the invoice to be emailed as requested upon checking out.

Good sized rooms, clean and tidy unit. Kids swam in the pool which has a shallow end for younger kids.

We only stayed for one night and unfortunately the power cut out (I think to the whole area) which meant we couldn't shower or use any electricity get ready.

Beautiful location with lovely bay view. Comfortable firm bed. Excellent water pressure in the shower. Fully equiped kitchen. Very peaceful. Great host. Value for money.

Could not fault this experience - wished we had booked more nights here.

staff and owners were fantastic, very friendly and accommodating to our requests , pool was fantastic, views were great and location to town was superb

room was a little dark and damp but over all very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed , and I believe new owners are slowly doing them up

Quiet location. Our room got upgraded to a view free of charge which was very kind. Provided with towels for the pool free of charge. Had a heated pool, good place for family with kids.

Uncomfortable bed, dated and some water damage. Had a ceiling fan but was still too hot at night with fan on, struggled to sleep with being hot and uncomfortable bed

Location, view and quietness was fantastic. Easy walk to Mangonui township which has a number of cafes and restaurants with great food and coffee.

Liked how they brought me plunger coffee on request, loved the location and pool, friendly staff. Bit dated. Could have done with some modernizing. But good facilities

Check-in was easy and we were welcomed with a great smile on arrival. Owner was very nice and helpful. Room had a full fridge and oven which was great. Lots of good kitchen utensils so cooking in your room was easy peasy. Room was very clean. Pool looked amazing, just didn't have time to use it. Great value for money, definitely.

We enjoyed staying at Acacia Lodge, the staff were very friendly, the room spacious with everything we needed. The view across the inlet was lovely.

A basic motel room. Comfortable and clean.

Noisy late night other guests - not the Motels fault. No Air-conditioner

Easy Check in with minimal fuss with great communication throughout the process. Stayed for 3 nights with a group of golfers and all were most complimentary about the facilities and the location.
