In our bathroom it had a strong smell of urine

The cabin was clean, spacious and comfortable with nice views. The staff was friendly and helpful, the staff assisted me to search on the availability of other cabins. even we all cabins were fully booked, she got me extra beddings for my boys and a gift.

I thought I booked for one queenbed and two bunkbeds in the second room, however the room only offered two queen beds, which is not good for two boys.

The cleanliness and tidy.

As it’s just renovated, the smell of paint is strong.

The view from our cabin was lovely.

I had to dust the walls for cobwebs in the bedrooms, and dust the bedside tables. There was a thick layer of dust in the sleeping areas.The bouncy mat and park play space were closed. I’m left disappointed for the amount paid for one night.

Unfortunately there was no hot water when we arrived about 5pm and it didn't heat up 'till the morning. Hopefully that is something they will attend to now they are aware.

We arrived after office hours and the sign at the door said to text or call a number for access to the lockbox. I had emailed them several hours earlier but nobody replied. Unfortunately we were travelling from outside of Australia and didn’t have a working phone (other than a data plan) so it was a pain to try and source out a phone to call someone for the code. This trip we’ve stayed at a few different Ingenias and the others have been great with emailing important information instead of texting out of country numbers. When we finally got into our cabin, the oven didn’t work and stove only worked with matches (that again weren’t provided and we had to hunt down). They were also lacking non essential but convenient things like a tea towel to wash dishes and card payments for laundry weren’t working so our stay was a disappointing with it taking so long to get access to our cabin and not being able to eat dinner or do laundry.

Good size space. Facilities were pretty good, playground was out of order though

The cabin needed a good vacuum and mop. The door to the cupboard in the kitchen was missing so my 1yr old just wanted to pull everything out.

Lovely view and location, super warm and comfy beds .

Most enjoyable stay.Staff went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed.could not fault a thing, spectacular views quiet and peaceful. highly recommend this place for any style of traveler.

I loved the clean sheets and towels. The a/c and the tv.

The bunk bed was awkward and I was a bit cold.

Cabin facing the lake...can't beat that!

BBQ could be better (a little under powered), a frying pan and salad bowl would be nice but not unworkable.

I booked a villa and a unit for our large family.The Unit was old, deteriorating, dirty, windows and door dont close properly. Mould and mildew in bathroom.

Lake view and very pretty. Quiet, good playground and short drive to beaches and Bermi. Cabin was cute and clean.

Location was great

The gas ran out so had cold water for showering and washing up.This wasn't address so we left very disappointed

Quiet location on shores of the lake , bit of a drive into Bernadi especially at night on unfamiliar roads , good location if you are after a quiet family friendly break , not so much if you want to to be in or close to town

The cabin was very old and worn and the cooking facilities were very dirty.The floor was wonky and moved under foot

Was tired, out dated and dirty with very old fashioned shower with a curtain hanging round. Bathroom hadn’t been cleaned and washing machine broken. Had to move us. No sharp knives for cooking. Needs a major refurbishment.
