Location views comfort lovely outdoor entertaining area

Grotty, no hand soap in bathroom, light switches, walls and floors dirty. Bath brown with streaks where cleaning agent had been squirted. Towels repelled water and had strange petro chemical odour.

Easy walk to the shop down the town for dinner Wollies across the road.

We had a fab stay at Reflections. Beautiful location and spacious cabin for our family.

Nothing - would easily stay again!

The water view. The cabin was well set out.

It was dirty. Cobwebs hanging from the fan light, hundreds of dead bugs in the lights, the arm chair was visibly filthy, the windows were so dirty it rendered the “sea view” a joke. The hair dryer didn’t work. The iron needed a safety check. Crockery chipped/dirty. Even the little packet of biscuits was stale!

Location spacious cabin. Balcony with bbq and bar fridge. Great for entertaining.

Wi-Fi very limited

This was our first stay in Bermagui and the ladies at the front desk were the first people we spoke to.The front office team were friendly and helpful right from the start. When we arrived at our cabin, we were amazed by the small gestures the team had taken to make it comfortable. The cleanliness and attention to detail was spot on!

The location is excellent. I arrived 3 hours early before check in. I had a funeral to attend and the staff were excellent in having our cabin fastracked to be cleaned and calling us to let us know it was ready. Much appreciated.

The Exit boom gate operated with a 6 digit code - having an Auto gate would be easier.

Fabulous location .plenty of room. Very comfortable bed with lovely sheets.ceiling fan in the bedroom

Neighbours very close opposite. Wet room shower a nightmare water everywhere!

It was well located, modern and clean.

The bathroom vent banging in the wind.

No dustpan and vacuum was flat with no clear way to recharge.

The cabin was really lovely, brand new, super clean and nicely decorated

Good location and close to the beach

Shower had poor pressure and the bathroom in general was tired with cracked tiles and mould in the grout. The basin unit drawer was badly cracked as well.

Location - amazing! Cabin - clean and mostly comfortable.

We couldn’t get the heater working on the first night so we were freezing, second day we asked a staff member for some extra blankets and she was pretty rude, acted like we were an inconvenience.

Perfect spot! Beautiful views, comfy beds. I went with friends. Now I want to take my family there.

Very new cabin, great setup for family. Very comfortable beds and huge rooms for families. Great views and exceptional facilities ie bbq, deck, large lounge area.

They need to get rid of the 1800’s speed bump as it nearly wiped out the underneath of my car
