Large room and well equipped with toiletries and tea/coffee making facilities. Extra pillows provided and good bedside lamps for reading. Room was quiet even though the motel is quite near the highway. Ample storage and hanging spaces. Excellent bench for suitcases

The room smelled of tobacco smoke; though we didn't specifically ask for smoke free. Just found that unusual these days.

The location is very convenient, as there is a Bunnings, ALDI, and other shops nearby. We needed to do some shopping for resources.

I didn't like the fact that there wasn't any cooking utensil. Even if there was a knife and a cutting board, it would be very much appreciated.

The room is clean, quiet and roomy. Staffs are friendly and helpful. It was a good rest overnight.

Great motel in a great location. Easy walk into town. Very comfortable and clean room.

It had a full kitchen very new 2 mins away from the town center

A generous sized room with toaster, microwave, jug etc. I would have liked to be able to turn the light next to the single bed on or off from the bed; as I couldn't I used the double bed.

Initial problem with door lock which was promptly fixed when I notified staff that I couldn't open the door.Apologies provided instantly.

No breakfast. The dining room wasn't operating but we left with the Dyson bus at 4.50am

having to get up so early but that wasn't your fault.

Location was good.

Room 29 smelt bad, musty, like wet carpet. We had to change rooms. Bed was very hard. It was uncomfortable.

Cockroaches and bugs (small and big and ones) all over the room going around, mainly at night time. Room not clean and seems never had been properly cleaned at all.

There was a domestic between other guests that lasted from 11.15pm to 5.15 am (15/2 to 16/2) the police attending the motel at 5.15am. the occupance of five rooms were outside in the cold at this time. Even though the owners were on the property they did nothing. Their rooms were right next to the incident. There was no emergency number. The actual domestic incident was very violent. We checked out immediately as we didn't get any sleep. We want our money back for this night. The owners are useless and shouldn't be running a business.

The restaurant is closed so they do not serve dinner or serve breakfast which is a big part of any motel stay.

Quite spacious and clean

The restaurant was not available as the chef "had left"...... we were located on the wing closest to the freeway.... quite noisy.
