We were very pleased with convenient location. Nice view of the water and very friendly reception.

What a lovely motel. Room was large and comfortable and had nice dining area. Situated right on the waterfront with lots of dining options available within easy walking distance.

This is one of the best motels I have stayed in recently so nothing I didn't like.

The staff are the best and so accommodating and helpful when traveling with people living with disability. Staff always saying hello and checking in how our stay is going! Great location next to shops, cafes and a newly opened pub across the road with great food! Awesome stay we will be back!

Location was good, and rooms were a good size

Fantastic location, view from the rooms was unbeatable. The staff were extremely nice and very welcoming. Answered any questions we had and gave us nice recommendations in the area. Room was good size for a two night stay. Very close to the main promenade with restaurants and shops less than 5min walk away.

Shower head was a little dirty and could have used abit more attention to cleaning. Lighting in the room could be a little better as there was only one overhead light located at the front door entrance but not over the main sitting area. Overall would definitely recommend a stay here!

Simply perfect. Not fussy but everything well designed and well done. Easy to find in the centre of the restaurant and shopping area. Yet the perfect spot to launch out on a waterside walk. Perfect view from the room.

Some people might expect a bigger bathroom these days but the design was perfectly sufficient. Not marble but clean functional tiles. Perfect.

Had 1 bedroom suite upstairs. Beautiful location and comfort.

Stayed in an upstairs room with balcony overlooking the river. Everything was perfect. Will definitely be back.

The location is great right in the center of town the room (11) was ok but really needs a refurbish the view is excellent with views of the ocean

The housekeeping, we left one day at 9.30am we had the do not disturb notice on, going out for the day we ran into one of the staff and told her we removed it she said what for I said the rooms free to made up, it was not bins were full, bed unmade, wet towels no coffee and no toilet paper lucky for me I bought toilet paper with me. This also happened on our third day my wife and I used tissue paper for the toilet. Now we have given this place glowing reviews in the past but this time NO. On leaving the person at reception was outside talking to someone in the carpark we dumped the keys and left
